I hate when people quote the 1790 Act. That act is one of the few that was formally repealed because it contained mistakes. That was 5 years later & it was repealed so that it could not form any basis to set precedent.

I’m not a huge fan of Handel, but her question to him at the last debate — where she asked him who he was going to vote for (he couldn’t vote for himself because he doesn’t live in the 6th District) — will go down as the best political hammer of the year.

Indiana just changed to protect the vote. All early votes and ansentee are counted at a central location (courthouse) NOT sent to the primaries as they used to be Impectors/Judges/Clerks run the ballots through a counting machine starting at noon Their totals are finished as the first precinct totals come in.
This secures the vote within the clerks office not allowing vote manipulation at the local precincts
Yeah, WHAT happened with that SC race?? That one shouldn’t even have been close.
Hopefully yes, rat fundraising was aggressive, rat donors spent a buttload on this race, the most expensive House race EVER and they get nothing. Some of them won’t want to waste keep wasting their money.
