Calling all conspiracy theorists! The National Archives is set to release the last remaining top-secret files about John F. Kennedy’s 1963 assassination, in a process that could begin by this summer. The trove of some 3,600 files, mostly from the FBI and CIA, were part of the collection assembled and sealed by the Archives, on the condition that they all be made public by October 2017.
But there’s a catch: According to the same law, President Donald Trump has the ability to block the release of any or all of the documents—if he certifies that keeping them secret is a matter of national security.

GHW Bush said he couldn’t remember where he was that day. What bull. Anyone over the age of 10 remembers where they were and what they were doing that day.
I was 5 and I remember. They told my kindergarten class that the president had been killed in Texas. I figured he had lost a gunfight. The picture I had in my mind was Kennedy being shot off his horse.
That one really puts a lot of things in focus. Charles Douglas Jackson who ran Life Magazine was a CIA operative. He bought the Zapruder film for Life Magazine and this video shows how it ended up in a CIA contracted labs for manupulation (NPIL and Hawkeye labs). This new information.
It also is interesting that Jackson paid Maria Oswald for the her exclusive story and just like the film it was never published.

I have no doubt the US Government would lie to Americans (after all, I lived through the Clinton and Obama administrations, whose entire schtick WAS lying to the American people the same way they breathe. And don’t get me started on JFK’s whole “missile gap” statement he knew full well wasn’t true while on the campaign trail due to Eisenhower having briefed him on that beforehand.).
However, I have doubts about the government being responsible for JFK’s assassination, whether it be GHWB, CIA, LBJ, or Nixon, even with it being unsurprising if it were indeed the case. And the main reason why is because Ion Mihai Pacepa made it pretty clear that, if anyone was responsible, it was the Soviets, more specifically the KGB, and he has pretty convincing testimony about the Soviets being responsible. That’s very interesting! I’ve never read that before. I have read that Poppy Bush had left Dallas and was in Tyler when Kennedy was shot. I lived in Tyler, just 92 miles down I20 from Dallas. I’ve read he made a phone call to (Dallas FBI? not sure)from Tyler right after the murder, and also that Barbara was in a Tyler beauty shop inexplicably writing a letter to “dear family” about Kennedy being shot, what a shock, etc. I think that was in the Jeb/Bushes expose book 2 years ago I can’t recall the title of. Also how Poppy was good friends with John Hinkley’s parents - pretty strong stuff. TPTB had Poppy in place if Reagan had died from that assassination attempt. Thank God Reagan lived.
Poppy is pure evil, and I’ve known that for decades. So was LBJ and ALL Texans knew that from the 1930s. Some didn’t care, but believe me, they knew. I heard a lot in 1964 when I worked for Goldwater all year, most that didn’t start to come out in books for decades. Yes, the evil we’ve seen is staggering. It turned me cynical at a very young age. I thought maybe it was finally over while Reagan was president, but it was just an 8 year intermission.

I know you’ll agree that the Bush family and Cheney, et al knew all about Obama by the time he was winning primaries and ready to receive the nomination. They knew where he was coming from and that was an America hater who had a terrible agenda and they didn’t object one little bit.
