Great the people in the "free" public housing can use the "free" cars to go get their "free" EBT purchased groceries and go to their "free" Obamacare doctor while talking on their "free" Obamaphone.

I once asked a gaggle of Ukrainians why so many of them pick Sacramento of all USA places to first immigrate to:
They said “Because welfare benefits and other services are so much richer, here.”
They made no bones about it.
There are tons of them in Sacto.

How nice. I drive a 2005 clunker. Needs repair. Ya think the town will let me use one of their cars “free”?
Oh. I don’t vote democrat. Never mind.

I wonder how many of these grifters will commit crimes with these free Kia Soul Electric cars? For those that didn’t click on the Sac Bee website to see full article, these freeloaders don’t have to pay for insurance, maintenance or even paying for the electricity to run the vehicles.

The cars are not FREE. The working stiffs are paying for them via taxes.

Just a matter of time before a zip car is used in a drive by or some other heinous crime.

Sacto is crazy if they think these cars will last very long.
I give them a year. Max.

Paid for with Carbon Credits. Just more “redistribution of wealth”. They will be destroyed within a year and Sacto will be on the hook to buy them.

The gibsmedat constituency continues to prosper. But also continue to whine that they are “discriminated” against, “underserved”, and “marginalized”.
