A U.S. district judge last week ordered California state prison officials to provide free chest-flattening underwear, also known as compression tops, to transgender inmates at women's prisons and feminine accessories to transgender inmates at men's prisons.
Requiring inmates to buy compression tops "effectively" denies those items to individuals who cannot afford them, according to U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar, who issued the order on Friday. Taxpayers, therefore, must foot the bill.

Take all such funds of the monies slated for running the courts and paying judge salaries.
Judges cannot create budget items out of thin air.
If they are going to do this, the legislatures need to require that all funding for these types of illegal rulings comes from the ruling judge’s salary, pension and court operating funds.

The state correctional systems should have a very limited list of only standardized items that are provided at no cost to inmates. Generally, these would be food, clothing, bed linens/blankets, hygiene items, and limited write-outs.
This would not include anything that is not generally needed by the vast majority of the inmate population.
Compression underwear would not make the list, IMHO.
The party of science... X and Y chromosomes have nothing to do with sex or gender. Innies our outties have nothing to do with gender. Ovaries or testicles have nothing to do with gender. Menstruation doesn’t mean you’re a woman if you’re in a men’s prison.

There is probably some law about prisons/DOC having to provide “reasonable” underwear, or something that can be interpreted in wild and crazy ways by liberal judges.

Virtue is essentially formed in early childhood inside the Natural family where common sense and Natural instincts are embedded as is understanding the male-female paradigm, being wise about human nature. Abused children become very warped and incapable of virtue in most cases, esp. if they were absent a loving mother and father in early years to buffer their belief system. Children in our “education” system are constantly being traumatized psychologically, if not physically-—to destroy virtue formation, on purpose. Snowflakes are the desired results, emotional cripples, irrational “bots’, that the universities are pumping out now with all their Marxist cr@p programming, stupid curricula in “gender studies”, etc., which destroys reason and logic and warps all of history and human interactions.
