In 2020 she will have difficulty raising money, she will be facing Dem challengers from the old guard and younger, and she will likely have to campaign from a stretcher.
She could barely campaign in 2016. In the weeks before the election, she would campaign once or twice a week and let others — Michelle and Barak Obama, Chelsea, BJ, Kaine, Fauxhauntas, etc. — campaign in her stead, as she tried to coast to the Oval Office.
She may attempt another run, but she will find much more opposition from her own party and find the money has switched to more viable candidates.

Her two-time loser status should have taught her some lessons (actually, you’d think losing once would have maybe kept her from making the same mistakes again), but she’ll be awesome & dripping with experience (suggest ordering Depends in bulk) after losing twice! She’s a grandma now & hanging around Chelsea & the grandkids should improve her personality to that of a loveable (feral) kitten. Bill will probably be dead by time to run again so she’ll have that “widow” sympathy vote ... plus, we won’t have to worry about old Slick playing hide the salami/cigar anywhere on the WH grounds. Huma should have cut a deal with the Feds by then so she can be at Hilly’s (bed) side 24/7. No telling where Wiener will be, but if he’s still around, Hilly can sign him up for swimming lessons (with the fishes) so he won’t be an issue - no problemo.
