Democrats in Montana have opposed a bill banning the use of foreign law in its state courts on the grounds that such legislation would target Muslims. Senate Bill 97, introduced by Keith Regier (R-Kalispell) bans the application of foreign law in Montana’s courts, with the debate particularly focused on Sharia Law, a form of Islamic law typically used in the Middle East.
Although the bill passed on party lines by 56-44, Democrats claimed it was designed to target Muslim communities.
“I think it sends a dangerous message to minority groups both here living in our state and wanting to come visit our state, just merely on the fact that you may be different,” said Rep. Shane Morigeau, D-Missoula, while debating the bill. “I truly believe this law is repugnant. I believe this is not who we are as Montanans.”

Anyone who has looked at Sharia Law knows that it totally contrary to the Constitution. You cannot support Sharia law and the U.S. Constitution simultaneously.
Which is why Islam is incompatible with the USA and why muslims cannot be good citizens. Their allegiance is first to Islam.

The DemoRATS are huge advocates of Sharia law. Literally dozens of Dem-appointed federal judges now routinely cite the Quran and the Hamish, as well as Saudi and Iranian legal precedents in their decisions. This started quietly under Lyndon Johnson and really picked up speed under Carter and Clinton. Oddly, Obama did not appoint very many Sharia-friendly judges. But the lifers appointed over the past 35—40 years have made a big impact.
Hillary (who is widely known to be a Muzzy convert) would have no doubt appointed a Sharia judge to the SCOTUS during her term,had she not been defeated.
