This is developing! It is more than a rumor as the source is known to me and is credible.
I admit I haven't yet validated everything. But I am asking Freepers to help catch any news, social media, credible scuttlebutt on the firing of Comey.

If he fires him now, it will look worse, and the vultures will come out. Trump could have replaced Comey, but he choose to stick with him.
Hillary clearly broke the law, and Comey admitted it. He ludicrously claimed she couldn’t be charged bc there was no “intent.”
A, there was demonstrable intent.
B, Gowdy confronted Comey during the hearing with the fact that ‘intent,’ was not necessary for the commission of a crime.
There are certainly grounds to fire this arrogant partisan hack.

Yes, mishandling of classified information requires no intent to be charged with a crime.
Many have gone to prison for being merely ‘careless’.
