Members of the intelligence community collected ‘incidental’ communications of the Trump transition team during legal surveillance operations, producing ‘dozens’ of reports which eventually unmasked several individuals’ identities and which were ‘widely disseminated,’ a top lawmaker said Wednesday afternoon. House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said none of the reports he had read mentioned Russia or Russians and he was unsure whether the surveillance occurred at Trump Tower. Nunes also was unsure if then President-elect Trump was captured by the surveillance, which occurred in November, December and January. “I recently confirmed on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected intelligence,” Nunes said.

That apparent FISA warrant of October 2016 is what makes the surveillance look legal, since it was based on allegations regarding communications by a Russian bank with the Trump server. However, the CIA at that time had a program that mimicked Russian hacks. Thus, the affidavits filed to get the apparent October FISA warrant could well have been false, since they probably were based on the CIA's fake "Russian" communications with theTrump server.

I'm guessing Rogers informed Trump when they met in November that 0bama had him under surveillance. Perhaps his denials a couple of days ago were to give him cover and to set up a larger "sting" on the marxist and the clinton crime family? Or a a more sinister blackmail scenario on Trump?

It is a reasonable possibility. Once a FISA warrant was obtained, the monitoring agency got its pinkie in the tent, and then made an opening large enough to drive a tank through. One little surveillance request turned into an avalanche of intercepts and subsequent leaks. And all based on a suspicious pinging Russian bank server which may have been fraudulently created, but NONE of it based on actual RUSSIAN communications with Trump or his people!

The FBI's interception of communications through that server yielded nothing but, according to McCarthy, the interceptions still continued. It looks like this is what Nunes is referring to. Also probably Trump.

Scenario: A false Russian bank server was pinging and linked to trump. A dirty agency then used this false information to obtain a FISA warrant, on "narrow grounds." The agency then used this "legally obtained" warrant to conduct unlimited surveillance on Trump and his people. And, the agency leaked names of people surveilled to other agencies and media jackals.
