You Are Guinness |
Watered down beers disgust you, as do the people who drink them. When you drink, you tend to become a bit of a know it all - especially about subjects you don't know well. But your friends tolerate your drunken ways, because you introduce them to the best beers around. |
Spot on--my taste in beer varies with the seasons so digging out from Nor'easter Stella the darker the better; stout, porter. Had a Guiness last night before the snow began, as a matter of fact.
In my travels around the world (Military). I have indulged and enjoyed the local brews. Today, I have to say that my favorite beer of choice is “St Pauli Girl”. Brewed in Germany, meets German Purity Law of 1516, and tastes GREAT... Cheers...Prost...
I like Amstel or Stella Artois. For domestic I’ll only do microbrews such as Alaska Amber or any IPA. Medium domestic would be Sam Adams, Blue Moon, and never ever ever Bud, Coors, Miller, etc >gak<
Schilo’s Deli, San Antonio has Spaten Optimator on Tap, Warstiener, Home made Root Beer, Home made Mustard
Yes, I have....and I guess that’s why there are so many brands. LOL! I can’t imagine anything “lite” being more than amber water. LOL!
I think lots of people prefer it to most others.
Yeah, another addition. *sigh* We really needed another one. NOT!
She’s a tabby - some brown tabby and some orange tabby and has white feet. I’ve tried to get pix but she’s nothing but a blur. Too excited to have someone take her in and won’t be still. LOL! I’ll keep trying.
She was shivering when I picked her up this afternoon and it’s supposed to drop into the teens tonight. Good thing she showed up when she did.
Howdy, ML.
How are things up there tonight? Looks like you still have electricity and that’s a big plus!
Gnight Dear
My Legion post has regional brew Rail Spike IPA on tap...awesome.

Next time in San Antonio I’ll check it out.
Nighty-night, MY! Thanks for being here! ((((hugs))))
Mrs. henkster found our Jenna as a stray in the alley behind her office on a December day 12 years ago and brought her home. The next day we had a 10” snow followed by a week of sub zero temps. She is a lucky kitteh.
I’m so glad you saw her and were able to get her inside! Poor little thing. Do you suppose she ran away from home and got lost? I can’t imagine someone just throwing away a sweet housecat.
Oooooo, and it’s a Coke cheer too. :-)
It just dawned on me that tomorrow is grocery day and not knowing what time they’ll give me an appointment for this cat, it might be hard to do both. Gonna head out now and get the groceries tonight. GOTTA have the cat food. LOL!
Be back later.
The Ruben and spaten optimator is damn good.
The rest is kinda hit of miss but you gotta have that mutard
Yikes! Jenna WAS a lucky kitteh. That would have been hard for her to survive.
Gotta wonder about people who toss out their pets when the weather is so cold. Wouldn’t do for me to catch them in the act. Hubby would have to bail me out of jail.
It got really warm, so the snow turned into a wet, cold slop.
If it gets too cold tonight, it will freeze to a solid cake of ice on everything.
A huge tree in neighboring Hingham fell onto a beautiful Colonial Style House and went right through the roof into the daughter’s bedroom.
Lots of damage, but nobody hurt, as far as i can see.
There was a lot more snow west and north of us.
Little flickers on the electricity, but so far so good.
Ok! You certainly don’t want a riot on your hands. LOL!
See ya later...be careful!
