It got really warm, so the snow turned into a wet, cold slop.
If it gets too cold tonight, it will freeze to a solid cake of ice on everything.
A huge tree in neighboring Hingham fell onto a beautiful Colonial Style House and went right through the roof into the daughter’s bedroom.
Lots of damage, but nobody hurt, as far as i can see.
There was a lot more snow west and north of us.
Little flickers on the electricity, but so far so good.
Glad you didn’t get a lot of snow but what you got sounds plenty messy. And what crummy luck for the people whose house got crunched. Glad no one was hurt!
Hope the electricity holds up. Those little flickers can be unnerving in weather like that. You never know if the next flicker will turn into a blackout.
