Schools around the country have decided to take a stand against President Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration.
The Chicago Public School District have told principals in the state to stop immigration agents from entering schools without a criminal warrant, the Daily Mail reported.
Chicago Public Schools, the third-largest school district in the nation, took one of the boldest stances against Trump’s immigration policies out of the school districts in the country that have announced measures to protect students who are living in the United States illegally.

BLOCK all Federal Funding to any districts that follow this policy and have the superintendents locked up for CONTEMPT OF COURT with no bail!

Could someone remind me what is the criteria for a private citizen filing a RICO lawsuit. I think schools/NEA are a criminal oganization.
Does law enforcement even need a warrant to enter a public school? I think it applies only to private property or expected-to-be-private rooms like an office even if in a public building. I can’t see how a classroom or school grounds fits into this category. I could be wrong though.
First, highly unlikely that ICE would enter a school to grab a student when they could just wait outside.
The juvenile illegal aliens that are being apprehended have been caught at home in sweeps targeting “Bad Hombres”.

Doubtful. Sounds like a scare tactic. They want people to think ICE routinely patrols school hallways scaring kids into telling them whether their parents are illegals or not.
It would make a pretty picture, though, if ICE officers called an assembly of students in the gym and said, “OK, now if your parents are illegal aliens move to the right side of the gym ! They are being deported and want you to join them !”

I think the schools are doing this preemptively and announcing this, simply to make it APPEAR that this is happening.
I don’t think the President has ordered ICE to raid public schools to aprehend and deport illegals, but that’s apparently not stopping libtard school administrators from issuing these ridiculous pronouncements.

$12,000 to $15,000 a YEAR for each illegals’ child to be educated. Imagine if we only educated children of citizens and residents.
