Does ICE currently or routinely enter schools without a warrant?
This could be a case of making a mountain out of a molehill...
Doubtful. Sounds like a scare tactic. They want people to think ICE routinely patrols school hallways scaring kids into telling them whether their parents are illegals or not.
It would make a pretty picture, though, if ICE officers called an assembly of students in the gym and said, “OK, now if your parents are illegal aliens move to the right side of the gym ! They are being deported and want you to join them !”
ICE normally doesn’t routinely enter schools or churches and had announced that they don’t intend to. So this is just hot air chest puffing by the school districts.
