The ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is out, and it has found against the Trump Administration, choosing to uphold the nationwide restraining order against Trump's immigration action.

Agreed - didn’t expect any different from the 9th Circus.
Figured they were only taking this long to write out their argument for their stupid decision. And that they did. They turned around the argument to say the PRESIDENT had to show ‘standing/damage’ instead of the plaintiffs. What a crock!
Then they turned it again upside down putting illegal aliens above citizens rights in our country. Didn’t expect any different from this ‘so called’ court. If anything, at least others is seeing what a sham they are and demand action against these ‘so-called’ judges.

I was of the impression you had asked the Fogblower a serious question the other night. It looked that way, at least, but I didn’t have time to peruse the thread in depth.
Just for the record, asking Fogblowers questions is asking to be lied to. They don’t answer honestly; they answer in whatever way serves Obama/Leftism best.
For example, take the screed NG cut and pasted from Fogbow onto FR, to discredit the CCP. It misrepresented the CCP facts it included, and completely omitted the single most important fact. Ie.: it was Obot propaganda.
The point being, you can’t ask them questions unless you already know the answers. Otherwise, you won’t know in exactly how and in which ways they’re lying.

This court has WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overstepped it’s bound and should be dismantled. DJT needs to make this one of his goals. He doesn’t need to announce it but some way he needs to put a hurting on the 9th. He can re-stack it with right wingers. If we had a congress with balls, they could immediately began impeachment proceedings.
Trump should just submit the exact same order as obama did for Iraq. Extend it to six months, doubling the trump order. The next day submit the same wording, but for Syria and so on.
My wife knows an older woman that came here from England probably 50+ years ago. She said she had to prove that she was married to her husband (also English), and that he had a job waiting for him that paid enough money so they wouldn’t need hand-outs from the government.
Are they serious? Do they have intel the president has that might give him information about activity occurring from these areas in the near future?
