The ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is out, and it has found against the Trump Administration, choosing to uphold the nationwide restraining order against Trump's immigration action.

On D-Day where was the 9th circuit when Hitler needed a Temporary Stay on President Roosevelt’s order (via his field commander Eisenhower) to execute Operation Overlord so that Hitler would have fair time to get his Panzer divisions in place? Roosevelt/Eisenhower tended to fulfill their duties in a way that put America First rather than consideration of foreigners’ desires.
Now we are engaged in the “Global War on Terrorism” where ISIL has made clear they intend to infiltrate our borders. Perhaps there is no imminent danger of keeping the vetting standards the same? But if something does happen as a result, including to the morale of our law enforcement & military people globally, then the blame shall rest on those who got this STAY in place just the same as if the 9th Circuit in June 1944 would’ve put a STAY in place on Roosevelt/Eisenhower.
They will redo the executive order Crossing all the t’s and dotting the I’s and they will get it passed again.
Who ever argues this case in front of the Supreme Court for the President, they should actually slaughter the 9th Morons and Washington state in oral arguments using any competent attorney.
... not just yet. There is some unfinished business to take care of ... first. I would hope Gorsuch would rule reasonably on this case ... but who knows? The judiciary is in such a mess.

Why are these judges not held accountable when they rule in conflict of the law? Kids who fail don’t get to advance, employees who do a lousy job get fired yet the 9th circus rules incorrectly 80% of the time and they face no penalty!

It won’t stop them but will slow them down, especially if we have mandated coffee breaks during the time the window is open for requesting visas.
