In the decision tonight, the 9th Circuit said the Gov't presented no evidence that any terrorist attacks came from people from the seven countries in the EO.

So we can't protect ourselves until we are attacked - that's what that means

Are they serious? Do they have intel the president has that might give him information about activity occurring from these areas in the near future?

I mean, it’s MIND BLOWING that THEY get to say that the President has no right to say what countries because no terrorist attack blah blah..what was being said before 911?
