The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals announced they will issue a ruling on President Trump’s temporary travel ban.
Washington Judge James L. Robart filed a temporary restraining order on President Trump’s refugee ban from seven terror states.

Signs in the past couple of days seem in a general way to point to a ruling against politics and on the side of law and order. But the number of posters here thinking otherwise probably means they will go political.

The 9th Circus gets overturned by the Supremes all the time. They are the most overturned court in the country.

I don’t remember the circus footing out a timeframe before...they usually just come out with a ruling and blurred out morning, lunchtime or whenever the hell they feel like it and that’s it!
Robart didn’t even have a case. He brought it all himself. What the hell is up with that ?

Can anyone here demonstrate via the US CONSTITUTIOPN where an inferior Court CREATED by CONgress has ANY AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER WHEN A PARTY IS A STATE???
Article 3 Section 2 US Constitution
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

Who verifies the claim that someone makes that they are a “refugee?”
They may, surprisingly but correctly, strike down Judge Robart’s baseless temporary restraining order. If they do, it would likely be due solely to their fear that growing resentment of their unconstitutional, anti-American decisions will have attained “critical mass” with sufficient support to allow the dismemberment of the 9th Circuit Court.
There is a 0.00% chance that Obama-appointed crazy bitch Friedland upholds Trump’s EO. Rush was saying today she won some ACLU LGBT award.
The Carter-appointed guy at least seemed somewhat reasonable, but odds are he’ll vote with her too because a libs a lib.
