I think they will go against Trump’s wishes. Just my gut feeling.
9th Circus? Bring in the Clowns.
Just in time for the MSM network news.
It’s going to be to uphold the restraining order. Otherwise the would release it right away to prevent others from coming in under the wire.
I think so, too, plus they are likely to structure the decision to make it as difficult as possible for the Administration to appeal.
Most predict they will rule against - our national security. If they do the blood of innocent Americans will be on their hands.
Mine also. It’s their way of stalling Trump. Obviously political because the law is obvious. One reason I despise the black robes is that they have no regard for law and justice.
Like they care.
The Ninth Circuit?
You don’t have to be Kreskin to know what they’ll say....
Just in time for prime time news
Time to break up the 9th with some legislation.
In case of a loss on this issue, can Trump make other orders which are similar? Can he ban all immigration in the interestof National Security?
My guess is that they will kick it back to the judge. More delay.
I agree with everyone here. I would be shocked if they ruled for our national security and the constitution.
My reason....They don't want to be put down by the Supremes.
Despite that, I do have a respect for the Carter-appointed judge that heard this case. He has the right temperament for a judge; the Obama one is a huge hack.
That's part of the thrill for liberals. They love it.
Agreed, but if they do this and order a preliminary injunction, Sessions will be in command this time.
They could send it back to Robart as he did not really make a rule on the law. He just expressed his feelings. However I expect the ruling to come down 2-1 in upholding Robart’s ruling.
