That was great, and involved a key false start call at the goal line against the Rams when both Alan Page and the official saw a Rams offensive lineman's finger move before the snap.

That forced a Rams pass-play, resulting in an interception in the end-zone that sealed the playoff win for the Vikings.

My personal favorite Vikings win is the 1980 Tommy Kramer Hail Mary to Ahmad Rashad that put them in the playoffs, rather than going home.

I realize this is all quite boring for most Freeper football fans, but we Minnesota sports followers cling to our guns and rare sports moments.

Was at a party; left at halftime.

Was flossing my teeth sometime during the 4th quarter, getting ready for bed. Got a couple texts from some buddies who asked me if I was watching the game. Told them “No. Going to bed.”.
