White House to publish weekly list of immigrants who are charged with crimes
Death And Taxes ^ | 1/25/2017 | Maggie Serota

On Wednesday, Donald Trump signed two executive orders aimed at curbing immigration, one to kickstart the building of a border wall between the United States and Mexico, and one to strip federal funding from sanctuary cities that block deportation of undocumented immigrants.

One caveat of the executive order targeting sanctuary cities regards the Declined Detainer Outcome Report, which includes the administration’s publishing a weekly list that shames the jurisdictions that “catch and release” undocumented immigrants accused of crimes. The Declined Detainer Outcome Report also calls for the secretary of state to “make public a comprehensive list of criminal actions committed by aliens.”

As The Hill’s Will Sommer pointed out, the list hinges on the Trump administration’s accurately reporting crime statistics to begin with considering that POTUS is already willing to hang his hat on the notion that three to five million imaginary illegal immigrants voted in the election. And that’s not even considering the creepy Third Reich-style implications of publishing lists of undesirables.

Any immigrant, legal or illegal, who commits a crime should be deported permanently.

Yes. They need lawyers to thoroughly vet this idea. Arrested..charged....convicted are all different. You are innocent until proven guilty...but...if you are illegal that is another level of list.

It will be refreshing when illegal aliens are no longer referred to as immigrants. THEN. I will know we are truly winning in this area of concern...

Don’t want to be put on the list? Don’t commit no crimes!

Fix the statistics that Eric Holder turned off.

It's almost as though the President starts his day by reading Free Republic, then gets his staff together to craft that day's executive orders.

The convergence between this man's mind and ours', is staggering.

You nailed! My thoughts exactly.

"Third Reich-style implications of publishing lists of undesirables."

First one to use a Nazi comparison, loses the argument. Of course the idiot doesn't know those are public stats accessible from various LE agencies. Anyone can look them up, just few bother.

Then there are immigration NGO's like Fairus.org and CIS.org who provide such stats. You want the latest on illegal immigration, those are the the go-to sites for answers, stats, info, etc. Check them out...you'll be astounded by how little you knew about the problem of illegal immigration. I used to contribute to FAIR until I got into actual street activism against the invasion.

Never thought I'd see the day when a President would take such quick and decisive action. It's simply a dream come true for me. I have been fighting this fight since the 1980s when they would use our side gate in San Diego to continue their trek and scare my children. Our home was positioned on a street curve so it was the shortest route.

Someone should make a running list of his EO's, memos, department/agency directives, and the jobs he's creating almost daily.

It does not cover legal immigrants and legal alien visa overstays who should be subject to revocation of status and deportation.

This is why the press is so hated, they will not tell the truth.

Two things not address in todays EO’s. DACA, and employer enforcement.

I believe an announcement on ending DACA hasn’t been announced yet because Trump will use it as a bargaining chip to get full funding for the wall and other enforcement priorities. Not sure why he hasn’t addressed e Verify and other employer enforcement yet. He’s had 3 working days to get er done. :)

Howie Carr has been doing that weekly on his radio show for years. Each report starts with the sound of the Mexican Hat dance.

who thinks this stuff up?
very creative

The positive events that should be news tend to be forgotten too easily.

One of Dubya's best ideas, quickly dumped by the Kenyan muslim, was a web site which graded every existing Federal program, with the intention of dumping every one that did not score more than 60% effective in achieving its intended purpose.

A failed attempt to engage working, non government bureaucrat taxpayers with facts to support eliminating featherbedding and pork.

Apparently Obama attempted to erase all traces of this program, with the apparent help of search engine company executives and the MSM.

20 minutes of searching and digging with the help of the "wayback machine" finally revealed this :

George W. Bush's 'Expect More' web site

Immediately eliminated by the Kenyan Muslim Manchurian president...

The site was eliminated within a month of Obungo taking office.
I did not attempt to delve into the site, which has not been updated, nor available on line since 2009.

See also...

Current assessment of current equivalent BS that Obama created

Which I don't want to waste my time reading.

It is high time. The media buries all news of criminal illegals. They absolutely HATE to see it.

The Slimes, Compost and AP are twirling in their recent graves.
