I have completed exhaustive analysis of the disputed Trump crowd shot and the CNN gigapixel crowd shot. As much as it pains me to say, the two images match quite well and the disputed crowd shot is legitimate and represents the actual crowd size. There was no deception on the part of the media.
I have four decades of experience as an advertising photographer. I am qualified to make this kind of analysis.
As a Trump supporter and voter I think it does us a great disservice to not deal honestly with issues such as these. In this case even the President and his staff have it wrong, and it hurts all of us.
Because the drive-bys have been mis-representing the crowd size of his rallies, and refusing to show the crowds in virtually every instance.
At his rallies, he would insist they turn the cameras around, and they would not.
The RATagandists showed a half empty mall photo with their "narrative".
That's why.
Three cheers to my favorite Sidebar Moderator!!
Nice pics. Btw, those are interesting marks on the floor of the lecture platform.
My first time Stamp
6:45.
Giddy-up!
The crowd was all the way back to the monument, just like Trump said. Thanks for the photo.
Your nastiness notwithstanding. I saw the picture with the sparse crowds LIVE on TV at around 10:30 am. That's how I know CNN and the NYT were telling lies about it being during the Inauguration. Even the anchor, at 10:30 was talking about how sparse it was, because there were thousands still trying to get through Security.
Er.. lectern.
I downloaded a large photo onto my computer that shows above and behind President Trump as he was giving his address with the crowd stretched out before him. And I can tell you that the photos that the media have been spinning of big white gaping holes on the mall was NOT the final tally and far from the truth of the Inauguration’s attendance.
I would post a photo here, if I knew how. In any case, this is not an unimportant matter, because it’s one more thing that the national media will hammer to death to try and weaken President Trump’s administration.
IATZ
Buh bye photoguy, thank you Sidebar Mod.
You’re right. You were in before the zot. :-)
There were many millions viewing online. 11 million from FOX, 8.5M from CNN.
I believe the numbers for Obola 1 was 37 million. Neilson said Trumps were 31 million.
Neilson isn't counting online viewers.
There is an article on Drudge with all the numbers.
Spicer was talking world wide numbers, also EW, a liberal mag even posted that Neilsen doesn’t count streaming and that means Trump was most likely the most watched ever. Nobody is comparing the crowd to Obama in 2008 the only reason Spicer mentioned crowd size was due to the LIE that the mall was empty during the inauguration when in fact that pic the media circulated was taken an hour before the swearing in and then tweeted out 40 min before the swearing in when people were still filtering into the mall grounds.
By the time the swearing in was taking place the area was mostly all filled. It’s a lie that needed to be addressed because the lying media yet again tried to make it seem as if Trump is not popular because he’s illegitimate. That )(@$ has to be fought against. The media floated out the number of 250K attended all based on that early pic. Outright lies.
Be sure to send a postcard! Or in your case, a photo will be sufficient. Have a nice trip!
***sidebar takes a bow*** ;)
That would technically be: "the podium".
Do you know the exact time both photos were taken? Reince Priebus says the Trump photo was taken before Trump started to speak while the crowd was arriving. What about the 2009 photo?
I don’t believe that you are or have ever been a Trump supporter. I don’t really care about the size of the crowd. The important thing is that Trump is now President.
Lectern platform, podium. I type like 200 words per minute, so doing it the hard way comes easy.
