Mike Pence is leading an effort to get final approvals through various agencies and through Congress for the wall to begin.”

Trump runs the EPA so that might not be as easy as it used to be.
Admitting that the purpose of the suits is political rather than enviromental is kinda like leaning into a Trump punch.
Eliminate the EPA.
I’d think the border was federal land but Im not really sure how that works. Id suggest stopping the wall at california and building the wall up its side.
Time to get rid of the Hetch Hetchy Dam.
I guess these folks haven’t read the enabling legislation. The original law on the wall exempted the projects from many evvironmental regulations.

Trump has a problem with too many regulations (we all do), and the EPA is the king of regulations. On Day One he should put an end to that godforsaken department so we can MAGA. The existing America is exactly opposite from what the Founding Fathers envisioned and now we have the tail wagging the dog as we keep losing our freedoms.
Trump can do just that - eliminate the EPA via exec order.
Nixon created the EPA via exec order.
So, there you have it. Ta da!
