The border needs to be secured as soon as possible for the safety and general welfare of American citizens. Congress overwhelming passed the means to secure our southern border ten years ago with the Secure Fence Act-2006. They must fund it immediately.

Americans deserve to have their own country rather than an open bordered chaotic fiasco. We are a nation of people that demand to be protected by our government within our homeland.

I never cared about the cost of the wall or who would pay for it.

Cut foreign aid to countries that hate us.
Cut funds to the “arts”
Cut funds to sanctuary cities.
Cut funds to global warming research.

Tax money transfers to Mexico

Impose tariffs on Mexico

Money should be the least of our worries.

Here we go... Enabled by our crappy media the left, nevertrumpers, Levin, etc. will make payment of the wall a bigger issue than securing our borders.

Sign me up for ignoring all of it. The fact that we do not have a secure border is a risk to American lives and livelihood. It has to be done. I do not doubt that one way or another Mexico will be paying, give it time.

I think this is a picture of the border "barrier" between New Mexico and old Mexico.

He remembers his promises.

I am willing to bet he will tax money transfers to Mexico. That will pay for the wall in the first few months!

People are not used to a professional negotiator at the helm. He continues to stake out bargaining positions, 140 characters at a time.

Excellent! The debate is now over will Mexico pay for it, or not, as proclaimed by the PE. I do not care and it is no shame to have the US pay for it. Trump and his supporters are going to get a “wall”. That is a win. Even if the wall is a fence in some areas still win.

I have no doubt Mex will pony up the pesos for the wall. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn they’ve already started to pay for it either directly or indirectly.

Mexico is ALREADY paying for it, as American Companies move their factories back to America.

It is not a matter of “who pays for this load of bricks, or that bag of mortar”.

Hillary Clinton voted for this Secure Fence Act-2006. Of course, none of the weak-kneed quislings ever intended that the fence would be built, but we should demand that the law be obeyed and the funds allocated. The US could have saved billions in border security costs, welfare costs, education costs, criminal prosecution costs, incarceration costs had the wall been built to keep illegals out a decade ago.

Declare that illegals will be sentenced to chain gangs, working to build the wall.

I know it has been hashed and rehashed but the Pope says no wall yet doesn’t tear down the Vatican City Wall...

BO didn’t want the ‘wall’ but made no effort to tear down the White House fence.

Chris Plante today reported that the 6 million dollar shack owned by a former Clinton Press Secretary(Lockhart) and ‘rented’ to the BO family is having a

WALL built around it.

How does a Press Secretary afford a 6 mill house that he is able to RENT OUT???
Never mind......

“By utilizing the existing law, the border- “Great Wall” will be erected expeditiously without a legislative fight in Congress”

Excellent ! I’ve never understood why new laws were needed when there are already good ones on the books, like for illegal immigration. I suspect it’s just to make the lawmakers seem busy.
