People just aren’t willing to pay for #fakenews anymore. The market is too flooded with it.

When they catch you in public and kick your ARSE and take your wallet to help pay their taxes you will think it is worse than now. It will get worse for liberals.

TS.

We can do better on line, and for free.

No one wants to read your hopelessly skewed and fatuous opinions, restated as ‘fact.’

Funny how that happens. I ended my 30 year subscription to the Kansas City RED STAR in 2008. Never had looked back. The paper is about ready to fold. Circulation fell more than 50% at that time. Now the paper is only good for kitty litter or wrapping up dog doo doo.

“newspapers”

How quaint. How twentieth century.

Identical situation for my local rag, the Cincinnati Enquirer. Dead paper walking.

Newspapers depend on subscriptions for about a quarter to a third of their revenues.

TV depends on subscriptions NONE.

TV ONLY answers to their advertisers.

Good.

Legacy media is now bloggers for billionaire. WaP, NYT operate at a loss but are owned by billionaires to have political influence.

Elections have consequences. My free speech extends to my buying power.

I’m now boycotting the NFL, Will Smith, Pepsi, etc. etc.

I always thought that newspaper endorsements were stupid. Either way you are going to pi$$ off about 50% of your readers.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer rag. In the last few decades, it has morphed into little more than a leftist mouthpiece. When it eventually folds, I have but two words: Good Riddance.

Who is Matt Vespa? Someone from the Dallas News? If so sounds like he is trying to get back subscribers. If Hillary had won, as they wanted originally they would be crowing about it. Take your medicine. Do like the NY Times, rent out some of your space to help pay your losses.

Given how things turned out, I’ve never been happier to be wrong. Clinton will never be president. That’s the best Christmas gift of all for the country.

True, but there will be equally bad - and maybe worse - Dem candidates for many elections to come. The DemocRats have purged their party of any moderates, so they are now full-blown Leftist.

Principles come at a cost??? LOL

What principles does this “news” organization have to support an evil witch of a liar, who was fired from her very first job, and was involved in crimes and with people like her evil, vile “husband”, and people who were conveniently suicided? They supported someone who laughed at getting a child raper OFF—on video even and got four men killed because of incompetence (or evil intent). She advocates killing human babies and advocates telling little five year old boys that men sodomizing each other is “Good” and a “Natural” “Right”. Some “principles!!!” Sounds like an evil satanist to me.

LOL

My baby brother was Executive Editor of the Dallas Morning News for many years, runs the St Louis Post Dispatch now. Declining subscription rates and layoffs are a way of life for him. But he doesn’t seem to get how truly despised the press and media are—doesn’t seem to link leftist bias with why so many newspapers are struggling.

He knows where I stand and actually is not a loud mouth braying liberal at family gatherings. His wife, a professional Latina “victim”, is a different story—a loud mouth uninformed braying liberal, and she’s been really mad at me lately. I am a take-no- prisoners Trump supporter, she literally thinks I’m going to hell LMAO.
