In a statement released Friday night, President-Elect Donald Trump blasted the CIA over a leaked report that claimed, without evidence of direct involvement, that Russia interfered in the recent presidential election to help elect Trump over rival Hillary Clinton.
The leaked CIA report was first reported by the Washington Post Friday evening. Earlier Friday it was reported President Obama had ordered a “full review” due by the end of his presidency on allegations of Russia’s hacking to influence the election.

Without saying so they are trying to convince the public that Russia's Putin had direct links to our voting machines which is completely untrue...The machines are not connected to the internet...
And as you say, they are only attempting to contine the charade that whoever released the information on the emails is the issue, NOT was was contained in the emails...
The hackers (thank God for them) are only guilty of exposing the lies and corruption of the Democrat Party...
And likely there were no hackers...Only good Americans who exposed this corruption to WikiWeaks, some of who ended up very dead...

You are exactly right. The reason for the investigation/report Obama requested be produced while he is still in office had as its impetus a claim by the Secretary of State in Georgia that an attempt to breach its firewall on Dec. 8 (the day before CIA/Russia claim). The media is now attaching the investigation/report to rumored Russian activity while ignoring Georgia SOS claim that the attempted breach was traced back to a Homeland Security IP address. In effect an attempt to bury the real story.

There is another possibility here. The “leak” maybe the real leakers inside our Government trying to cover their tracks.
Another possiblity. Just a fake sotry planted by the DNC. We know from Wilileaks that Journalists and the DNC manufacture story lines.
Wait the American people were bombarded by lefty news propaganda and outright lies. Now it appears the CIA is also afraid of Trump! The house cleaning has begun!

After listening to Julie Roginsky and other Leftists on Fox Business lately it is clear their narrative is:
Trump = Putin
Trump Voters = White Supremacists
Conservative Websites = Fake News

The Washington Post reports that Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham—who were both personally attacked by Trump during the presidential campaign—"are preparing to launch a coordinated and wide-ranging probe into Russia’s alleged meddling in the U.S. elections and its potential cyberthreats to the military."
McCain says he will launch an investigation under the auspices of the Senate Armed Services Committee, of which he is chairman, and notes to the Post that he considers the disruption of the election "a national security issue."
here was no vote tampering. There was no denial of the email’s veracity.
And Hillary publicly said in the debate that the US CIA believed the hacker to be Russian.
So the electorate understood the total story before the vote. And then they voted for Trump.
Great summary of the situation. The MSM and Hilly used Clintonian parsing of words to have the uniformed believe their narrative because the candidate couldn’t sell herself without help.
