Introduction
Elections are often decided by a few votes. In many cases they are decided by one or two votes out of the several hundred or even several thousand votes that are cast. An election may even end in a tie vote. These circumstances encourage a candidate, typically the one who loses the election, to have all the ballots counted again to assure all legal votes are counted properly, any illegal votes are not counted, and the proper procedures for conducting the election were followed by the election officials.
The process of counting the ballots again is known as a recount. There is no automatic recount. The procedures for requesting and conducting a recount are spelled out in the election laws. A recount is the exclusive remedy to test in court the right of a candidate to hold office based on the number of votes cast at an election.
This manual explains the statutory requirements for requesting a recount, attempts to explain ambiguity in those statutes, expands on the statutory requirements with recommended procedures for conducting a recount, and contains sample forms for use during the recount.

Perhaps ms Stein will fade into the background with her $7 mil and Hillary’s lawyers will carry on with the recount.

Michigan is not paperless. I read that PA is, though. Michigan uses optical scanners which are paper.
I believe for the first time that we have a candidate who is smart enough and shrewd enough to not only anticipate this but to be 5 steps ahead of it AND has the balls to to do something about it. GWB got lucky with the SCOTUS. He was still playing nice. Trump is well aware of all of this. He has people. He has a will.
Silly me. I thought the biggest reason Wisconsin was picked for a recount was that Trump won with a narrow margin, and yesterday was the deadline to file for a recount. LOL.

For that, they would need to find well over 100,000 "new" ballots, assuming a best-case scenario 60-40 split for Crooked Hillary.

I agree. If they can change the result in Wisconsin they can open the floodgate to delegitimize the whole thing. Wisconsin was their best shot at doing that.
Check motel rooms for guests who have been paid well in advance and have not been seen outside for several days. Also check isolated parts of conservation areas in and around the DC area, similar to Ft. Marcy park.
