Whoo - brain a bit mush but passed an oral exam today. Will do a flight in the box Friday, my first acting as 1st. Officer.

Actually, it was pretty warm here today. 80 degrees when I went out to visit Aunt Clara. We get a repeat tomorrow, then the cold front comes through tomorrow night. Won’t get out of the 40s Saturday and we’re looking at our first hard freeze or the season. ‘BOUT TIME. It’s the middle of November! LOL

Eye check went very well, DR. said healing very well. I don’t go back again until 6 months. Probably will do the other one then. Did not know I had one in that eye.

You would crackup he said he as not shaking hands with anyone — flu season in bloom.

*shiver* Yep, that’s right nippy. The kind of temps we’re looking at for this weekend. Gonna hurt even more after the warm temps we’ve had the past couple of days.
The good thing is we’re supposed to get rain early Sat. morning and we’re praying it’s so.

Now to get that sick car feeling better - - - preferably without breaking the bank!

Great news! Well, not so much about having to have the other eye done but that the current one is doing so well.

Smart doctor. This time of year, hand shakes and hugs are pretty much out for me, too. Not too fond of the idea of catching the flu or any other nasties floating around.

I’m doing okay. I have dreams of that flight deck it’s getting so embedded in my mind. It’s fun though. My roomie and I will ask where is this or that and point to it on our large poster of the panels. Kinda fun, see who’s fastest.

Dry streets and 25 degrees right now. The weather person just said possible tiny bit of snow by morning. We will see.
