Should be Bannon, not Priebus. Though I will say the little dude worked his arse off for Trump and the GOP this cycle.

If Reince became Chief of Staff could Trump make Bannon Head of the RNC? That could be delicious!

No, no, you've got it all wrong. Bannon is the Vice President:

Steve Bannon knows very few people on Capitol Hill. Priebus knows them all. That is the CoS’ role. Bannon will be Chief Strategist and Chief Counsel. He will have the ear of Trump...Reince will work the phones to get out the votes

More than that, last year when Reince was under intense GOPe fire for not moving against Trump, Reince proved his loyalty to the American People.

He earned the appointment and my respect.

“Cruz SCOTUS appointment”

Grahamnesty is not the only one who wants Cruz out of the Senate: McConnell, McCain, and most of the other pantywaist set do also.

Good point, but it doesn't make it any less appealing.

Rick Perry as Cruz's appointed replacement?

Priebus is good with logistics & mechanical stuff - he says so himself. Dunno. He might be a good fit for a job like that.

I trust Donald Trump. As I hear it, Priebus truly helped make the win possible, against all odds. And I mean, a YUUUUUUGE achievement.

Although up in years, Morton (now the oldest and the wisest) should be warming up in the bullpen to take over from Priebus the moment he has an inevitable falling out with Trump. Let us pressure Trump to reject any and all recommendations to hire GOP-E types for ANYTHING. They would screw up if hired to clean the latrines. Blackwell knows EVERYONE worth knowing. AND he is a definite political wartime consigliere.

What happens when you let the GOP-E trash in the door is best illustrated by the unholy alliance of Colin Powell as SOS and polo player set Richard Armitage who saw to it that Dick Cheney aide Scooter Libby was disbarred, charged, convicted and imprisoned for the actual activity of Armitage in "outing" Valerie Plame as a CIA agent when she was a mere analyst akin to Betty Crocker. Dubya lacked the gonads to put a stop to that fiasco by pardoning Libby who has just recently regained his law license. Libby was innocent and framed. Armitage was guilty and helped frame Libby. Trump values loyalty. Anyone with his ear should talk to him about this stuff.

Priebus is a visionless servant of corporate greedheads. Fortunately, Trump's two favorite words are: You're fired! I have ten bucks that says Priebus won't last a year. The buddy buddy relationship with whore Ryan won't save him either. In fact, the first whiff that Priebus is siding with Ryan against Trump, however subtly, however slightly, and buh-bye Priebus!

Priebus, if he COULD get anyone the job of POTUS would have gotten it for Bush III.

I’ve taken some of Morton Blackwell’s trainings. He is one of the grand old men of the American conservative movement.

Mike Pence knows how to govern. I am not a fan of Paul Manafort personally but he knows how to govern. What has Priebus ever governed? Priebus is connected in the very circles of Establishmentarian slime that Trump led a revolution against. This is like the BIG mistake that Reagan made in choosing Bush the Elder for VPOTUS.

A dedicated Republican (GOP-E division) means big business ass-kisser. A first-class organizer of what??????? A political thinker????? Name three of his profound thoughts. I did not think you would.

Scott Walker is responsible for Scott Walker. Walker is a swashbuckling and very successful governor of a very hostile state. I live thirty or so miles from the People's Republic of Madison where he governs and causes the mass suicides of leftists. Priebus is a scared little wabbit whose style is that Republicans should apologize for breathing.

When, inevitably, Trump fires Priebus, that will also speak volumes.

I supported Cruz for POTUS but, you know what? There are dozens of better candidates for SCOTUS starting with Joan Larsen of the Michigan Supreme Court, 48 years old, who clerked for Scalia and has none of the manifest drawbacks of a politician appointed to SCOTUS. By the time of the GOP convention, I had hope that Trump might make a good candidate. By election day, I had not felt that good about any candidate since Reagan. Cruz made a fool of himself.
