Hillary Clintons campaign is touting some eye-popping advantages in early voting, in an apparent effort to energize Democratic voters, but preliminary figures suggest the race remains tighter than her aides acknowledge. The preliminary numbers appear to show Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, with an edge in several of the roughly 10 battleground states that will decide the 2016 White House race. We're seeing eye-popping vote-by-mail application numbers, Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook said on Fox News Sunday.
In Arizona and North Carolina, for example, more registered Democrats than Republicans have indeed cast early ballots.
But such numbers are open to interpretation, including how many Democrats in those two states voted for Clinton.
Meanwhile, early data shows Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump with potential advantages of his own in battleground states Florida, Ohio and elsewhere.

Not according to Bill Hemmer on Fox. His two guests (Rollins and somebody else) said Clinton is winning in the polls by a landslide. I hate Fox after Fox & Friends.
I think both of the guests were Dems. It seems like that’s all Hemmer has on. Dana Perino was on this morning explaining that the polls are accurate and the reason the Dems are over-polled is because there are more registered Dems than GOP so the polls are proportional.
As for Dana's point, there is not that wide a spread between dems and reps. There seems to be something going on, and the polls being all over the place is one example of something amiss.
Another thing, are they counting the enthusiasm? I don't think so because it can't really be counted. In 2012m millions of Republicans/Conservatives stayed home. Praying they learned from that and will show up and support Trump.
As for Ed Rollins, I suppose I should have said he's a RepublicRAT.
Did you check your ballot to make sure it was correct when submitted? I understand there have been some problems in Amarillo; where a straight (R) ticket changed to straight (D) when submitted...
Hi, Jinxy!
I did. I voted straight R, but I clicked through each choice to see if it was actually an R, and then the end list of names before submitting, and all was correct. Then I clicked the red submit ballot button.
I’m listening to a caller on Rush who said there was a problem with a woman right before her at her voting venue.
That pretty much stinks, don’t it?
Our machines take input from a touch screen, let you review your choices, then prints out a paper ballot. You then put the paper ballot through a separate scanner/reader to log your vote. We get 2 chances to review our selections.
I guess if they are going to introduce fraud here, it would have to be when the paper ballots are read.
Well, I know I don’t answer the phone when the pollsters call. I also think a lot of Republicans have gone Independent and will support Trump. I hope so anyway. This election is going to give me ulcers. I can’t imagine a President Hillary. I’m not voting the economy. I’m voting Trump because of Supreme Court justices and illegal immigration. Illegal immigrations IS national security. They aren’t separate. The other things are important but these are my main two issues.
No, it’s all stored in a computer somewhere, it can be changed very easily, if they want to cheat the fact is they can.
....or when they end up in a car trunk till November 9th.
All excellent points. In Georgia, we don’t register by party.
I was called by a pollster night before last. Question was, if election were held today, for whom would you vote...Trump... and I said I’m an Independent.
Also asked questions about several down ballots and I chose all Republicans.
Imagine the number of democrats voting for Trump. It will be historic.
I'm an independent, and, I shall vote for Trump.
Young voters are not happy with Clinton, the military people despise her and many women really are not in her camp. Then there is the Evangelical who is pro-life.
To all that one must add the possibility that there will be an attempt to fix the election. This can be seen in the MSM as we type. But, the crazy "hanging chad" excuse, of course, shows the extent that manipulation can be brought to.
So, if nothing else, it should be fun.
I think the Clinton divide among democrats will be according to socioeconomic status and corruption tolerance.
College students, for example, spend more time on the internet and are much less likely to follow the MSM mind control techniques.
