At 8 PM Eastern time tonight a so-called Commander-In-Chief Forum will be on NBC. The event will be hosted by the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.
Hillary and The Donald will be answering national security questions (the questions will be from the audience, I'm told).
She sounds like a chain smoker.
She just ruled out ground troops ever again in Iraq.

Hillary has obviously been provided with the questions beforehand. One just doesn't answer supposed random questions within a millisecond or two. Most ridiculous was the question about veteran suicides where she cited the 20 a week (or was it a day?) statistic even before Lauer finished his questions.

By the way, that is a Potemkin-village veterans' organization. For one thing, most of its members aren't veterans--the weasel-words on their web site make this clear. Anyone who's cool with the Leftist line, hates Republicans, and never criticizes a Democratic politician is welcome to join. (You can see why they need non-vets to be the members.)
IAVA was founded by an Afghanistan vet who joined up after 9-11--after graduating from an expensive, liberal, Eastern college. A Lefty student-body president, he had always been a Dem, and probably harbors political ambitions. After he got back from the service, the Democrats picked him give the "response" to President GWB's State-of-the-Union address in 2004.
Stephen Colbert had him on, and cooed at him embarrassingly like a fag.
The IAVA's mission is to alienate veterans from conservative causes by turning them into another victim class that sucks up to Democrats. You'll no doubt see ads for it if you watch tonight's event.
I don't know how IAVA deals with the Democrats' torture of vets through the VA medical system. I can only read so many lies at one sitting, and my time is valuable. . .
