Beginning to look like someone was looking for a big payday. You would think they would have kept the evidence.
To: COBOL2Java
Probably just more snowflakes trying to get free stuff. The “worms” looked like caterpillars, and were alive. Caterpillars aren’t known to infest meat, and wouldn’t survive the cooking process.
I think this is a scam, yet the media is falling for it, as usual.

How did worms survive in frozen beef?

A live worm? Then it didn’t come from the frozen/cooked meat or the processed special sauce. They don’t put enough veggies on not to notice. Hoax.

Foreigners with big cash buy of these slop joint chains. Many are Muslims from the Mideast.
Years ago I stopped going to those places for multiple reasons. They’re filthy, their food is no good for ya, and the help they hire will readily tamper with the food.

Did McDonald's go Klingon?
A Klingon delicacy of serpent worms (pronounced "gawk"). Connoisseurs of Klingon cuisine claim that gagh is best served very fresh i.e. live. But it is sometimes served stewed. Gagh is one of the most popular foods served aboard Klingon warships. A dish that is legendary well beyond the limits of the Klingon Empire, individuals of other cultures have various levels of appreciation for gagh. Hoshi Sato is probably the first human to see and smell gagh first-hand (while trapped aboard the Klingon Raptor Somraw), and that encounter was quite unpleasant. But by the 24th century, many humans have developed a taste for it. The worms are best eaten live.

Where does it say the worms were cooked inside the meat? This is the second thread I’ve seen about this, and I still can’t find the source of that claim. When I first read about this, I thought of the worms that are occasionally found in lettuce. I don’t know if that’s what they meant, but it makes more sense to me than worms being frozen inside a burger patty, fried on a grill, then falling out still alive.
