On Joy Reid’s MSNBC show today, conservative Latino Alfonso Aguilar cited Hillary Clinton’s praise of the eugenicist Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood.
Hillary has said that she “admire[s] Margaret Sanger enormously.” Reid responded by saying Sanger was not a legitimate issue because she is a “dead person.”
Even worse, when Aguilar tried to make that point that a majority of abortions performed by Planned Parenthood are on minority women, Reid shut Aguilar down, calling his statement “incredibly offensive. I think that smear of Planned Parenthood cannot go forward and we’re not going to continue with that line of questioning.” Reid abruptly returned to another Trump-bashing topic.

I urge you to watch the video to see the rude way that Joy Reid shuts down the very polite Alfonso Aguilar when he tries to raise Hillary’s effusive praise of Margaret Sanger, the eugenicist who founded Planned Parenthood, and when he tries to point out that the majority of abortions PP performs are on minority women.

When a conservative criticizes, it’s a “smear” and its off-limits, “over-the-top”, “hateful”, etc.
When a liberal criticizes, it’s because they care and want us to stop thinking/believing/doing “harmful” things.
So Sanger is off limits because she’s dead, but the Crusades are a legitimate point of discussion. PP cannot be “smeared” but Jesus Christ can be.
Someday, perhaps, this woman Reid and other Lefties like her, will learn that truth is not dependent on whether or not they don’t want it to be heard.
Guess Joy Reid’s head would have absolutely exploded on-air had her guest pointed out Sanger’s stated motive for eugenics was to eliminate the Negro race.
