Seeing all the responses this morning I agree. Turned out to be a smart move on Trump’s part.

At this time, there is absolutely nothing the Uniparty could do that would surprise me. A couple years ago I half jokingly suggested that the Uniparty would run a dem/rep ticket, portraying it as a historic milestone in American history, a moment when all Americans put aside their political differences and came together unifying the nation to work for peace, etc. etc. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if Hillary announced Ted as her running mate, both of them being told and knowing that the election is already rigged for them to ‘win’. Together they’ll usher in a new era, putting aside racial differences, creating a North American Union and enabling free trade throughout the globe, blah, blah, blah.
People are closing ranks.
We have to decide who we’d want on our six in fighting H3llary.
The people who send a brief video or don’t show have voted with their feet. Cruz showed up to kick Trump, Trump’s family, New York delegates, and now OUR azzes. Just like Chicago.
We are hanging on to the edge of the country and needed him to be with us. He could have been a statesman and pulled people to him. But, no. He’s a lone gunman.

Neither Romney nor Jeb professed to be staunch Christian conservatives. They let all know they were moderate to liberal RINO. They never tried to fool us. Who expected integrity of them?
Because the MSM is using him as a distraction from the unity and momentum Trump/Pence are gaining.
There were reckless statements on both sides. It would have been better if both parties could have agreed to set all that aside.
