Well, that goes for the content of most political speeches, too.
By now you may have seen the day's leading headline -- the one that posits Melania Trump's speech Monday evening at the Republican National Convention was "plagiarized" from a speech made in August 2008 by Michelle Obama at the Democratic National Convention.
To begin, some of the most bias headlines lead one to believe that Mrs. Trump plagiarized her entire speech. This is false.
The truth, rather, is that two portions of Mrs. Trump's speech are being called into question for their striking similarities to Mrs. Obama's speech eight years prior.
The similar portions were made early on in Mrs. Trump's speech and concern the values instilled in her by her parents as a young child growing up in Slovenia. Below are the two women's speech excerpts for comparison:

Steven Miller. One of the reporters who covered Trump Tweeted out when Trump campaign hired him. They showed Tweets he had to delete calling Trump #slezydonald. I think that’s what it was. It was some negative hashtag anyway. I thought at the time that those are some pretty negative feelings about Trump, but I disregarded it as politics and figured he moved on. I have watched him on Twitter, and he has been favorable to Trump, but of course he would have to be publicly. I hope Miller isn’t involved in this.

As I said, there was a guy named Jarrett Hill who discovered this. He is clearly a Democrat who was live tweeting the convention. He says he’s a journalist and interior designer. I went and looked at his Twitter page. He was writing negative tweets about the Republican convention last night. Presumably during Melania’s speech, he tweeted:
“OMG. Melania. That was literally a whole line from Michelle Obama 2012. “…their willingness to work hard for them.”” #GOPConvention
Then he corrects the year, proceeds to Google the speech, and finds out that it was two paragraphs from the 2008 convention speech. How in the world would you, listening to a speech, recognize a line and attribute it to a political speech 8 years ago? That was a generic line and not memorable at all.
Suddenly, he tweets this out and the MSM pick up on it. I guess we can presume it was probably sent in to the MSM by giddy liberals.
Last night, he had a website listed. He was listed as a journalist and designer. His website took you to his design website. Today, that link is gone, and you are instead directed to the Huffington Post.

Someone is saying that Michelle O plagiarized it form an old immigrant pamphlet. Saying Michelle O loosely based on an old immigrant pamphlet. Not sure it is still being handed out today because it has been about 30 years it was made available to help immigrants, like Melania, with their English and in passing the test by ‘driling’ them with possible questions.
Not sure where the copy of the pamphlet is. If anything Michelle O would have copied it first.

I want to watch the convention on Fox but Meegyn ‘he hugged me wrong’ Kelly, what does she do? After its been dispensed from the news cycle just has to yap on about Melanie’s ‘plagiarized’ speech because Meegyn just has to put her two useless cents in. But as we’re learning through the grape vine her colleagues can’t stand her.
OMG! You are right! I screwed up. Stephen Miller is the policy guy that also gives the rousing speeches before Trump rallies. Jason Miller is the guy from the Cruz camp. I wish I could edit that post because I don’t want people to mistake the two.
This was clearly an attempt to lesson the headlines of real Americans calling out H Clinton.
People are saying the M Obumo lifted this text from legal immigration study materials from years ago. There still might be documents out there showing M Obumer plagiarized the legal immigrant pamphlets from years ago, but the language might still be there as there was a lot of study material, but some has been made into video. Not sure if this will get scrubbed, but someone on the initial article said they are very familiar with the text and said it is from legal immigration documents and that’s where Michelle initially got it. Not sure.

But some things people say are said before them, often multiple times. Was Michelle the FIRST to say those things?
I doubt it.
While it would have been best to openly quote Michelle O and turn the tables on her, those were common statements.
“... you work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do ...”
Michelle was actually the first to say those things? I SERIOUSLY doubt it.
Right. Most phrases are public domain.
I must have heard this a hundred times before Michelle O ever said it:

Two sets of parents instilled the same values in their children. What are the odds?
However, I believe the only “value” instilled in Moochelle was “hate whitey” and “hate America” and “get all you can get”.
Best you can hope with with some speeches is that the audience stays awake. Plagiarism? It never bothered Milton Burl.
Moochele plagerized her speech in 2008.
But still, on day 3 of the convention, that's the only cheap shot they had. And the mass media prostitutes have been beating this non-story like a rented mule, because THAT'S ALL THEY'VE GOT!
Let that sink in. They may be in denial, but they live in denial. They seem to be low on ammo, and they've taken to yelling "bang" over the top of the trench, if you get my drift.
It will be so nice to have an intelligent beautiful woman as First Lady instead of a cross between a Tranny and the south end of a north bound baboon with an IQ of 65......
