Just darn. All that effort Trump went through over the past year to get himself nominated. The VP only has to get handpicked and get nominated at the convention by acclamation in about 30 seconds. No real vetting at all. Kind of scary when you think about it. We are putting that person one heartbeat away from the presidency and you have to jump through more hoops to get an entry-level job at Walmart.
