It would take extreme courage for Comey to have recommend prosecution. He made the case clearly at least for “gross negligence.” He could have been honorable and one of our great historic figures, but he was FBI director with al the power to bring her to justice and he is a coward after all that everyone says about his former reputation. Now we may possibly have this criminal, power hungry I’m for sale, person as the president for 8 years.
And justice takes another downward spiral in the eyes of US citizens.

SHE WAS IN A POSITION TO ASSIGN CLASSIFICATIONS FOR INFORMATION HERSELF.
This whole “She’s just a dumb old lady who didn’t know better” BS is BS!!!
She lied! THAT confirms knowledge that what she did was wrong! THAT IS INTENT.
She broke at least one law that doesn’t require intent to do anything more than the intent to mishandle information.
