I don’t think it’s misplaced. I believe I’m spot on target. It is akin to your local police department. There is always a bad apple among them, but most cops are good decent folks wanting to help maintain order and protect others from the scum that prey on innocents.
The FBI is no different. There are hundreds if not thousands of agents that are conservative, law abiding, patriotic, loyal to the U.S. constitution and love this country. I trust they will in the end give the American people justice.

“Bringing charges” and indicting are synonymous. Only a prosecutor can do that. Law enforcement can make a recommendation.
He is going to have his own credibility to think about at some point. The American people don’t need any more convincing that Hillary is an unethical liar, what is at question is whether the system is rigged. And no a verdict hasn’t been “announced” however much Trump is going to try to play that line.
For Bill, it was pure calculation. He makes a surprise visit to Lynch and she becomes compromised no matter what she does. Prosecute or not prosecute, she looks like she’ll be doing the bidding of the machine.
Getting criticized for doing this takes the heat off the investigation. He doesn’t care if he looks like he did something that compromised the case. To him, it’s something to laugh at.
If it’s in civil court, they are not *charges*, they are allegations. Charges refer to criminal cases. If it’s a civil matter, it means she’s suing because the evidence is not sufficient to support a criminal charge.
What do you mean she can’t *get him*? He can be served through his attorney quite easily.
A POTUS’s clearance is granted by virtue of the Electoral College. Qualifying for POTUS automatically confers need to know. It is his (or hypothetically her) appointees whose clearances are granted as established by statute and regulation. Also, the POTUS can declassify or downgrade the classification of anything they see fit, as they see fit.

There's no way I can know for sure who is telling the truth about it. It's all too slimy. I don't want to think or write about it and shouldn't have brought it up.
The bottom line for me and I am sticking to it is that Trump and Bill and Hillary and Epstein all knew about these underage sex kids and there is nothing on record of any one of them ever speaking out about it or lifting a finger to rescue any of the underage victims. Obama either. Or anyone I ever heard of in the government.
I hate them all. I did put a little money where my mouth is years ago about this very matter. Not nearly enough. Money doesn't really solve these kinds of problems. It takes a moral renaissance for want of a better word. I don't see it happening.
Practically every article I have read on the case in the liberal media for the last several months has included that line about lack of evidence or sources doubting an indictment. It isn’t enough to hang your hat on as fact.
Actually, if she is indicated it is a double win .. Trump will claim exposing the pass created pressure to actually indict, you can thank him with your vote.
Lol, you’re daft! No wrongdoing? She has already been caught sending top secret docs over her server. That is a fact. She has also been caught asking that classified headers be removed from classified docs before being sent to her and finally she has lied in a sworn deposition stating she had turned all emails over.

You’re absolutley correct. Think of the impact of a headline that reads something like:
“FBI finds serious violations of the law, recommends indictment”
Hillary would be forced to step aside regardless of an indictment. She will be pounded night and day with headline after headline. The demon-crats will be the folks to call for her to step aside.
The Clintons are a crime family, they have SO much dirt on practically everyone they always at the end get what they want..their enemies are TERRIFIED of them you can bet Bill Clinton told Lynch she better NOT indict if she knows what is good for her and Obama the Clintons have the goods on all of them
The FBI can present the evidence to the DOJ with a recommendation that charges be brought. The DOJ would then do its own review and decide whether there is enough evidence to take the case to a grand jury.
If she's not indicted, he wins big time....if she IS indicted, he wins big time, also.
