Clinton interviewed by FBI regarding email investigation
Confirmed: Clinton met with FBI about email investigation
BREAKING Hillary Clinton met Saturday morning with the FBI regarding the agencys investigation into her use of a private email server for official correspondence while secretary of state.
The voluntary meeting lasted about three-and-a-half hours and was conducted at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., according to the Clinton campaign.
Clinton is pleased to have had the opportunity to assist the Department of Justice in bringing this review to a conclusion campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said in a statement. He also said Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, will not make further comment about the interview.
Clintons use of the private server and email address -- particularly whether the setup was used for classified information and how secure they were -- has cast a shadow over her campaign from the start.
The FBI investigation is purportedly coming to a close, and the Clinton interview is considered among the final steps in the case.

So who do we want as our next First Lady??? Actually, I believe the proper title for the male spouse of a female President is The First Gentleman. Now, try to use that title for Mr. Clinton (nee Blythe) with a straight face. Should be worth 500,000 votes for Trump if publicized correctly.

She will lie to anyone and everyone, with poise and confidence. Hillary and Bill are both master liars. I want her charged and convicted on everything, of course, but I will settle for any “technicality” to get the Witch convicted of SOMETHING. Far better to lay out her entire squalid disgusting history for the public, but at the very least give us something.

It was to be in her own home and Secret Service security was already in place...a swarm of FBI vehicles making a lot of racket when they came to Hitlery’s house is a bit of overkill...again I’ll remind you, she already has SS security so why the FBI overkill. It was at FBI HQ in Washington. Lasted three and half hours. There were eight from the FBI and the DOJ present, and Hillary was accompanied by her lawyer David E. Kendall; Cheryl D. Mills and Heather Samuelson, longtime aides who are also lawyers; and two lawyers from Mr. Kendall’s firm, Williams & Connolly, Katherine Turner and Amy Saharia.

Then she gets impeached. Thanks for the belly laugh. It's the FBI, or individual FBI agents speaking out truthfully, or, in the final extreme, the fourth box.

I hope that the FBI agents went in knowing that nothing she says, including "and" or "the", can be taken as accurate and honest. They had to be ready to take apart her every word. Let's hope they were up to the task!

It was at FBI HQ in Washington. Lasted three and half hours.Correct me if I'm wrong. Is it standard procedure in a high-profile investigation to tape record or video record the questions and responses. I do understand that at this level, some aspects of standard procedure might be waived, especially concerning the nature of the investigation - SAP level information does not need to circulate at all, let alone in audio recordings. Just wondering.
Based on publicly available information, the server did not need to be hacked to obtain the information on the server, but it's possible that NSA or similar monitors traffic to a degree to determine who (at least by IP address, which can be spoofed), did access the information at this server. After that, of course, the information could go anywhere.

The server was mirrored by/at a company that was itself hacked.

Based on publicly available information, the server did not need to be hacked to obtain the information on the server, but it's possible that NSA or similar monitors traffic to a degree to determine who (at least by IP address, which can be spoofed), did access the information at this server. Email is normally sent in clear text. That means anybody through whose routers it passes can intercept it. Your ISP for instance. Or someone who has hacked your ISP, e.g., the NSA.
Of course, it is possible to use encryption with email. E.g., you can directly encrypt the messages. Or you can use TLS (https://) for all traffic to and from your email server. For instance, if you use Gmail, your email is safe from everybody but Google and such TLAs as can lean upon Google. Your ISP can't spy, because your traffic to and from Google is encrypted.
In Hillary's case, the suspicion is that her server itself was hacked. By Guccifer, Guccifer with the SVR looking over his shoulder, or by the SVR alone.

We’re in agreement on all your points. The scenario you pose is exactly what I want, too: an insurmountable mountain of evidence proving criminal actions.
It remains to be seen if Comey and the FBI are, in fact, being allowed free rein in this investigation. I have my doubts. I also have cautious optimism. As for Hillary, she can’t vaporize actual evidence in an honest investigation. The dance routine is to stave off a perjury charge. So that’s what she does, because that’s all she’s got. As you correctly point out, it’s not enough in the face of solid evidence in an honest investigation.

I’d settle for a technicality, too. But if this is an honest investigation, there should be no need for technicalities. It’s the “if” part that’s the wild card. None of us knows yet.

What I find intriguing is that Shrillary and her staff, supposedly the brightest and best anywhere, were so technotarded to believe that they could just willy nilly set up and use a home-brew server and keep its contents private and secure.
Red flags had to go up from every quarter once this was known, especially from career State Dept. people, the Pentagon, and the White House. There are still some patriots in that snake pit.
A home brew server on its own may not be a problem if it were used only for personal correspondence (still stupid for a high level government person who is subject to blackmail), but that it was her SOLE email purveyor is absolutely moronic.
The Clintons want to keep the eye on the bouncing ball that is the permissibility of the personal email server (everybody does it, no evidence that is was compromised, etc.)
They do not address anything to do with the use of this server to conduct Clinton Foundation business, nor do they really address the presence of classified information on it (other than it wasn’t marked classified-baloney-that is not an excuse-she has an imperative to know what is classified by its content-no markings necessary).
Nor do they address the vulnerability of the server and the probability that it was hacked and enemies have information (classified or not) to use or sell which puts our military assets in danger. That is the crux and that would be why the NSA and military would have a keen interest.
The Espionage Act of 1917 (which has been amended several times) essentially made it a crime for any person to convey information intended to interfere with the U.S. armed forces prosecution of the war effort or to promote the success of the countrys enemies.
If there is irrefutable evidence that she, even unintentionally, allowed information (classified or not) to be conveyed to our enemies which compromised military assets, she’s in for a very hard time.
That’s my take. I have no special knowledge or friends who have special knowledge.

Some still ask the question, “Are we going to lose our liberty?” They may as well ask if Obama will be reelected, our liberty is gone and has been for some time. The only real question is whether there is a possibility that we can recover. There MAY, I repeat MAY be a possibility under a president Trump. With Hillary or any other democrat there is ZERO possibility of anything other than total disaster.
My great fear is that we have reached the point that more than fifty percent of voters are too disconnected from reality to understand just how bad things are. I am spotting disinformation that looks like the work of professional propagandists in so many things now and most people I talk to don’t seem to notice it.
I began to be far more disturbed by the disinformation when I watched Obama’s speech accepting the Dem nomination back in 2008. He actually said that he was going to defeat things like disease, poverty and “climate change”. When I tried to point out the absurdity of this to people most responded with something like, “Well, they all make promises they don’t keep.” My response was that he is the first that I can name who actually made promises that could not be kept by ANY mortal but were in the realm of things that could only be accomplished by an omnipotent diety.
