this can work in favor of second amendment rights. (see taxation to effect prohibition)

The only hope is a personhood amendment. There will never be enough conservatives on the court to get rid of Roe. When the court balked at overturning Roe in Planned Parenthood v. Casey, they essentially ratified Roe. Sad, but look at this way: Biblically speaking, big things usually are on the horizon when people start killing their children.

Mr. Trump was merely (and proudly) crowing about his accomplished sibling, but added she had/has zero, nada, no interest in being on SCOTUS.

Great point. Can’t wait to hear Abbotts/Patricks response. I do think they’ll abide by the decision, but my hope is pushback.

This is a shot across the bow of everyone who thinks Hillary would be an acceptable choice for president in November. If rulings like THIS for the next 20, 30, 40 YEARS are OK, then by all means vote for her in November. If the future of this nation is something still worth fighting for, vote TRUMP in November. Even on his worst day, he will be better than Hillary on her best day.

An appropriate day for Senator Cruz and all who supported him to endorse Donald Trump for President given his already published Supreme Court preferences. Do people really expect to tacitly allow Hillary Clinton to control all the government branches and somehow this nation will recover ? Pray God spares us from Clinton and chooses Trump, giving him grace to be a wiser leader.
Texas needs to secede. With any luck, other functional states will follow. The parasitic states with no resources of their own, just a huge population of social blood suckers can try to go it alone with Washington DC.
I expect this will push Texas for a TEXIT
There is already talk of it. If that happens, then expect Oklahoma and Alabama to follow.
