Hillary Clinton surged to a broad advantage against Donald Trump in the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll, capitalizing on Trumps recent campaign missteps. Two-thirds of Americans see him as biased against groups such as women, minorities or Muslims, and a new high, 64 percent, call Trump unqualified to serve as president.
These and other doubts about Trump have produced a sharp 14-point swing in preferences among registered voters, from +2 points for Trump in mid-May, after he clinched the GOP nomination, to +12 points for Clinton now, 51-39 percent. That snaps the race essentially back to where it was in March.

Got to remember history has a way to REPEAT itself. This is 1980 all over again.
Anything associated with the Washington Post is immediately suspect and lacking in credibility.
Talk about bias? The Washington Post is the king of bias.
D+12. LOL HERE WE GO AGAIN. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE KIDDING?
He’s not going to do that with free media and poor grass roots organizing. Close to four months before the general election, his campaign needs to get off it’s hind end.
At age 66 this is my last political rodeo, if Hillary wins. I will draw the blinds and pull the covers over my head. I will enjoy my golden years reminicing about my American Priviledge and how fortunate I was to enjoy the Golden Era of America, 1950——
Seeing the same thing in my southern town as well Marron. Clinton has a lot of money to spend on phony ads and polls. Let her spend it all.
I have a feeling that this year, Trump voters at least will crawl over broken glass to get to the polls. Nothing will stop them, not this time.
Remember folks are not going to tell the truth so they can be left alone.
I think these polls are being put out to fuel the Never Trumpers to sway delegate. Just my opinion.
The only way he could is via massive, massive voter fraud.
When this political Trigglypuff of a hag has her rear end handed to her in November, I’m going to return to this article to reflect on their poll!
Crossing from Ohio into Indiana this month for a cabin visit, the only signs I saw were, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump for miles and miles and miles.
Just hope right or wrong polls get his campaign off the dime and underway for real.
Ho-hum...
Yet ANOTHER biased “poll”...
Nice to know how the Clinton “Foundation” has enough money left — after hiring all those “rent-a-mobs” — to continue to pay dweebs to write trick questions for our “honest” pollsters to use in their mis-sampled “polls”.
Alinsky would be so proud!
Did the same in 1980 to Reagan
Was losing till the last few days
Yea Right
Won in a landslide
Trying to discourage Trump voters
More unscientific anecdotal evidence. Your experience may vary.
I was not initially a Trump supporter; but I was almost the only one in my extended family who was not. Almost across the board, people who are not normally interested in politics, normally couldn’t be bothered to watch the news are excited, enthused, following every bump and detail of the campaign, gathering around the TV to see what is the latest on Trump.
They love the guy. What about Cruz, I say, he’s a great guy... Yeah, whatever. Trump!
:)
I’ve seen Democrats changing party just to vote for him in the primary. I see all the enthusiasm in Trump and Bernie rallies, almost none for Clinton.
I think this is going to be a blowout. They’ll have to steal it to stop us. And I don’t put it past them.
“This ABC News/Washington Post poll was conducted by landline and cellular telephone June 20-23, 2016, in English and Spanish, among a random national sample of 1,001 adults, including 836 registered voters. Results have a margin of sampling error of 3.5 points, including the design effect, for the full sample, and 4 points for registered voters. Partisan divisions are 36-24-33 percent, Democrats-Republicans-independents, in the full sample, 37-27-30 among registered voters.”
Ok, another Reuters type poll: 1000 “adults” (+3-4 for D) of which 836 are “registered” (not likely, so +2 D) then the split is a 12-point D advantage.
I’m surprised it’s not worse. How far would Trump be ahead with a +12 R advantage?
We’ll find out in November.
There are literally hundreds of polling companies out there that can do this job, and I bet most of them prefer making money to losing money.
Unless Trump has some super-secret internal polls, just commission your own poll.
