The Obama-appointed U.S. attorney for Idaho has taken the highly unusual step of intervening in a local criminal case involving an alleged sexual assault by juvenile Muslim migrants and threatened the community and media with federal prosecution if they “spread false information or inflammatory statements about the perpetrators.”
WND and other national news outlets have reported on the case involving three juvenile boys, two from Sudan and one from Iraq, who allegedly sexually assaulted a 5-year-old special-needs girl in the laundry room of the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho.

None of those details are central. The difference between a rape and a sexual assault is far less important than the fact that the assault happened. The specific country of origin for the attackers is also not key. Finally, when three people attack a five-year-old mentally-disabled girl, it’s not important whether they used a knife.
The headline may be technically true, but only in a trivial sense.
If the governor of Idaho has a set of balls, he’d immediately issue a statement that if the US Attorney attempts to charge a citizen of the state in that manner, he will have the State police arrest any member of federal law enforcement that tries to take anyone into custody.
I’d love it, if all the sheriff’s in the state got together and issued a statement like that. Then, there isn’t a person alive that can do anything about it. I’d start making anyone that wanted, a part time deputy and let the feds know that if they step out of line, they’re on their way to the county jail.

The 7, 10, and 14 y/o rapists should be in jail until their trial (with video evidence, that should be quick) and then locked up forever. Instead, apparently the youngest rapist was never arrested and the other two predators were released. I don’t care if the attackers are juvenile, rape and sexual assault are inherently adult crimes, and these evil thugs should never be free again.
