MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) -- A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the gate of a Mogadishu hotel, followed by a second explosion heard inside the hotel as gunmen fought their way inside, police said Saturday. At least four bodies were seen outside the hotel, one officer said.

It has been suggested that there are immense differences in the level of civilization found in the tribal groups that make up Northern Somaliland, versus the anarchy & violence in the failed state of Somalia. Being of the wrong tribe in the wrong place can get a northern Somali killed.

Whoa. For some reason I thought that was a quote from one of his stupid autobiographies. He dared say that when Islam(ics) murdered our Ambassador and the others?? At best it was a non sequitur (no one had slandered Islam - his video story was a filthy lie). At worst it is a treasonous declaration.
