I will have to get more regular on my regimen. Eccentric exercises (up and down on a slant board) have helped tremendously for runners knee. As effective as surgery without the cost. :)
The girl who used to work at our front desk had relatives in England. They were totally demoralized at what has happened to their country.
He did a great job with the speech. I can’t wait to reread a transcript. He was calm, answered many questions and nailed some fine points. There wasn’t bombast or anything like that in his tone. Just experience, calmness and leadership.

Good to hear, sneakers! I need to get more regular with my dosing. I mentioned to CB that I need to just take a maintenance dose. It really helped with my stiff back episode I had a few weeks ago.

I have predicted a “remain” victory since day one, the British people have to much of an ingrained “subject” mentality to go against the wishes of authority, any with a genetic predisposition for freedom and self determination left for the colonies centuries ago. I believe they will make some noise, but in the end as soon as the globalists start parading the litany of supposed economic horror’s that would occur if Britain left the EU, they will all come crawling back to kiss Angela Merkel's feet like good little subjects and end up voting “remain” by a comfortable margin.
Needless to say, I owe the British people a big apology this morning. I suppose the good new is that my powers of prediction are so 180 degrees off maybe I should predict a Hillary landslide just to ensure Trump wins....
