Three people were arrested with several loaded pistols, rifles and bullet-resistant vests in a the Holland Tunnel that connects New Jersey to New York City, NBC 4 New York reported. Police initially stopped them for driving with a cracked windshield.
The three individuals were traveling to New York on Tuesday, but were stopped around 7:40 a.m. on the New Jersey side of the tunnel. A search of their vehicle revealed the cache of the combat gear, which a police photograph showed including a shotgun, a scoped rifle, knives, multiple pistols and several ammunition magazines.
Drugs were also recovered from the vehicle, authorities said.
How many times has the FBI interviewed this bunch and let them go??

The three individuals, two men in their 50s and a woman in her 20s who may be from Pennsylvania, were stopped on the New Jersey side of the tunnel around 8 a.m., authorities said. A search of their vehicle revealed the weapons cache.
The guns seized included long-range weapons as well as handguns. A camouflage helmet with what appeared to be night goggles was also recovered.
Two senior law enforcement officials say the three suspects are so-called "gun enthusiasts" and have no nexus to terror. There is no known threat.
The Joint Terrorism Task Force is assisting in the investigation.

Police say two suspects were taken into the custody following the stop in Jersey City at 8 a.m.
Authorities believe the suspects were in possession of the guns as part of criminal activity, possibly drug related.
The arrests do not have a connection to any terrorism.
They’re probably people who were motivated by Trump’s “hate speech” to do something bad. At least that’s what the liberal news will be reporting.

The tunnel is one of the most inspected choke points right behind the mid-town subway platforms. They sure were running the gauntlet.
Geniuses. I don't carry a bunch of weapons in my car (usually ;-), but very often do a walk-around to ensure that there are no little things that will give "the man" an excuse to hassle me.
So which is it? “Gun enthusiasts” or “common drug criminals”? Any religion to note?
If this turns out to be a thwarted terror attack, was it only their cracked windshield that got them stopped?

Yep, and we all know NJ and NYC used the License Plate Reader and sends them to their state fusion cell and then tells them if the driver may have a CCW from another state.
I tell my CCW students to stay the hell away from CA, NJ, NYC, MD, DC, and HI.
