Paul Ryan's Treason

In an awkward interview with the Huffington Post, House Speaker Paul Ryan threatened to sue Donald Trump if he were to ban Muslim immigration or build a border wall with Mexico. Considering the current track record of suing Obama over abuses of power, this is little more than a confession of impotence. And yet it’s deeply troubling that a top Republican is willing to go to such lengths to fight for Muslim migration or for that matter illegal immigration in general.

Because honestly, I didn’t know they existed, as I had not seen them before. Now that I have, they still don’t add anything nefarious to it....so..cry in your milk, for all I care. The point is rather moot...

It has been posted by those who’ve read the entire CFR report that it endorses a North American Union—to include Mexico—along the order of the European Union. Do you find nothing amiss in that?

A lot of people thought that Romney and Ryan (like McCain before them) didn't go after Obama during their campaigns because they were too "gentlemanly" to sling mud and reciprocate what they were getting from the Democrats, or at worst, just didn't have the energy and drive to do so.

We now know that Romney, Ryan, and Jeb Bush are far from "low-energy." Quite the contrary, they're every bit as energetic, passionate, hateful, and conniving as the Democrats, as long as they're directing their energy against a fellow Republican picked by the voters rather than by the Party.

If these frauds had gone after Obama with one tenth the zeal that they're now attacking Trump with, Obama would never have had his second term in office.

Paul Ryan considers Donald Trump’s proposal to indefinitely ban Muslim immigration into the US to be executive overreach.

And during an interview with The Huffington Post, uploaded on Friday, the House speaker said he’d “sue any president that exceeds his or her powers.”

The US Code clearly gives President Trump the power to do that.

Ban of Muslims and Others Already U.S. Law: 8 U.S. Code 1182 –– Pundits, Politicians, Candidates Need to Get Over Themselves

Rush Limbaugh said it best.

RUSH: Here is number eight US Code 1182, inadmissible aliens. This law was written in 1952. It was passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress, House and Senate, and signed by a Democrat president.

“Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president. Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

Over here, everybody in the establishment in the political class, Republican, Democrat, media, you name it, is all claiming that what Trump said is dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous, unconstitutional, while it is the law of the land. And it was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but he actually did more. He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a ton of ’em.

There is precedent for everything Donald Trump has said he wants to do. And if you listen to the wizards of smart in this country and our political establishment, you will think that this stuff is just unheard of, it’s almost unspeakable, it’s just indecent. Here we have in the establishment the reputed best and brightest, the smartest. We’re not even qualified to be in their company no less. And they’re dunces on this.

In November the 1979 United States attorney general had given all Iranian students one month to report to the local immigration office. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, 1979. When this law, inadmissible aliens I just read to you, which I’m gonna be reading a lot to you today to the point you’re gonna get tired of hearing it, but you won’t forget it.

This law was passed in 1952. Do you know what was going on in 1952, among other things? There was no immigration in 1952. It was shut down. Immigration was shut down 1924 to 1965. And why did we have this? What was the need for this in 1952? Oh, yeah, we had rampant illegal immigration. I’m talking about we suspended legal immigration from 1924 to 1965, but we were being overrun in 1952 like we always are. We’re the last great hope of the world. That law was written to allow the president to keep undesirables out and to kick undesirables out. There’s no mystery.

I’ve got to remind you of something here, folks. The Jimmy Carter stuff that I just told you about, all of these statements that Jimmy Carter made were made in public, and the announcements that he made that he was gonna send Iranians home, Iranian students home, that they had to report to immigration, they had to confirm they were here legally, those who weren’t were sent back. They put a moratorium on all Iranians being allowed in the country back in 1979.

Carter did that publicly. He announced it in public, and he announced it proudly. . . .

Ban of Muslims and Others Already U.S. Law: 8 U.S. Code 1182 –– Pundits, Politicians, Candidates Need to Get Over Themselves

Additionally here is another section of the US code:

8 U.S. Code § 1185 - Travel control of citizens and aliens

(a) Restrictions and prohibitions Unless otherwise ordered by the President, it shall be unlawful—

(1) for any alien to depart from or enter or attempt to depart from or enter the United States except under such reasonable rules, regulations, and orders, and subject to such limitations and exceptions as the President may prescribe;
(2) for any person to transport or attempt to transport from or into the United States another person with knowledge or reasonable cause to believe that the departure or entry of such other person is forbidden by this section;
(3) for any person knowingly to make any false statement in an application for permission to depart from or enter the United States with intent to induce or secure the granting of such permission either for himself or for another;
(4) for any person knowingly to furnish or attempt to furnish or assist in furnishing to another a permit or evidence of permission to depart or enter not issued and designed for such other person’s use;
(5) for any person knowingly to use or attempt to use any permit or evidence of permission to depart or enter not issued and designed for his use;
(6) for any person to forge, counterfeit, mutilate, or alter, or cause or procure to be forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered, any permit or evidence of permission to depart from or enter the United States;
(7) for any person knowingly to use or attempt to use or furnish to another for use any false, forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered permit, or evidence of permission, or any permit or evidence of permission which, though originally valid, has become or been made void or invalid.

(d) Nonadmission of certain aliens Nothing in this section shall be construed to entitle an alien to whom a permit to enter the United States has been issued to enter the United States, if, upon arrival in the United States, he is found to be inadmissible under any of the provisions of this chapter, or any other law, relative to the entry of aliens into the United States.

(e) Revocation of proclamation as affecting penalties The revocation of any rule, regulation, or order issued in pursuance of this section shall not prevent prosecution for any offense committed, or the imposition of any penalties or forfeitures, liability for which was incurred under this section prior to the revocation of such rule, regulation, or order.

No, I have no problem with her statement, where in she emphasizes that we must emphasize the imperative that economic investment be led and perpetuated by the private sector. There is no force proven like the market for aligning incentives, sourcing capital, and producing results like financial markets and profit-making businesses. This is simply necessary to sustain a higher living standard for the poorest among us—truly the measure of our success. As such, investment funds and financing mechanisms should be deemed attractive instruments by those committing the capital and should only be developed in conjunction with market participants.

No where does she indicate she’s for a NWO or whatever nefarious conspiracy people are trying to tie to her. Like I said, the point is moot. I believe what I believe, you believe what you believe. No point in arguing further, minds won’t be changed. We disagree, ok?

Her position must be as toxic as I originally described it. Otherwise you’d not have gone to such lengths to evade it.

The issue is that the CFR paper advocates a borderless North American Union, inclusive of Mexico. Bye bye USA.

And as Heidi stated in the lines you originally omitted, she agrees with that. Damning.

Paul Ryan is a true believer on immigration. In 1994, this libertarian for socialism called those opposing welfare for illegal aliens racist.

It’s very helpful on all fronts that voters saw through Cruz and nominated Trump instead. Very.

Mr Speaker, you will never be President — not now, not in 2020, not beyond that.

You need to understand that and quit your scheming.

The whole idea that Heidi Cruz is part of some grand conspiracy is patently ridiculous. It’s guilt by association and by innuendo from people who don’t understand the CFR or the report which they so revile and who assume that anyone who may have been in a room with Robert Pastor or William Weld must be some sort of globalist stooge. The reality is that the CFR draws on a diverse pool of experts, most of whom have very little involvement in the organization and that its output, like this paper, tends to be in the form of general suggestions with no force behind them which no one ever really acts on. We certainly aren’t plunging headlong into any kind of regional union on the basis of one paper which no one seems to have read.

Suppose some group of diverse individuals plan and scheme for your servitude or destruction and publish a paper describing ways to accomplish this in the form of "general suggestions with no force behind them which no one ever really acts on", would you whistle past the graveyard and ignore the direct personal threat to you?

The whole idea that you seem to not accept reality is patently ridiculous.

I don’t believe a Cruz endorsement would help Trump at this point. In fact, it might even hurt Trump.

If Cruz comes out with a strong endorsement of Trump, he’ll make sure it’s too late to do Trump any good when he actually needed it. I.e.: if Cruz endorses, it will only be 1, when all else has failed, and 2, long past the time it could actually have helped.

Yep - Cruz has blown his chance to be a man and do the right thing.

It seems rash and hyperventilated to make much of your fears about Cruz's "hopes." I supported Cruz during the primaries, but appreciated Trump, whom I now support Trump. As adults, we need to accept that in our system, it's very common that another man will run against our chosen candidate, and that doesn't necessarily make him evil. And I agree that these campaigns are anxious because so much is at stake.

But I think your statements make you sound hysterical.

LOL! Still a Cruz apologist?

I supported Cruz early on and donated over $500 to his campaign. When it became clear he never had the brilliant plan to surge in the early months of this year, and was being trounced by the guy who he claimed, "Couldn't run a lemonade stand, much less a campaign.", I made the switch to trump. I donate to Trump on a monthly basis as I do with FR - if one believes in something, one will invest himself in it....

So, do you really support Trump or have you just become willing to vote for him? Do you believe in FR?

Funny how so many without the convictions of what they say think they are qualified to analyze those who do have the convictions.....

I strongly suggest that if you really believe in Freedom and that Hillary needs to be stopped, you invest in both FR and the Trump campaign. Then, if you decide I'm being "rash, hyperventilated, hysterical" I may listen as you go into the "I'm for Trump, but wish Cruz was it and will do everything I can to defeat Hillary....except actually invest anything towards that end" mode...

This is my choice for winner even though the second "starter" line had to be scrapped to make it work:

I couldn’t make it work with tyranny. How’s this:

Ryan and Cruz sitting in a tree,
Doing all they can for Hillary.
First they lie,
Then they cheat,
But in November she gets beat.

Honorable Mention:

Ryan and Cruz sitting in a tree
One took the shot
The other slit free
T-Y-R-A-N-N-Y .......

And finally, the clueless who seems to believe that such talk is "cra-a-zy" (unless I really misinterpreted):

>>Cruz sitting in a tree T-Y-R-A-N-N-Y .......<<

...That’s what makes you cra-a-zy.

Cruz is a false flag candidate, lots of this conservative media is. Keep us busy keep us thinking what we believe matters - go to work pay taxes - meanwhile progressive victory after progressive victory. We know Trump is not part of it do to the extreme reaction against him. Which in my book alone is reason for total support.

Exactly - that's why I donate to Trump monthly.
