“That’s because the Second Amendment clearly states the government has a right to regulate militias, made up of individuals,” he continued. “They have that right in the name of public safety. Therefore, Congress should debate what kind of weapons should be available for public sale. And the states, the individual states, should decide what kind of carry laws are good for their own people.” …

The safest places to be are at an NRA convention or a gun show. More guns more safe.
More lives are snuffed out by abortions than guns in the hands of lawful licensed gun owners.
I am not speaking here of the daily minority carnage in liberal run places with tough gun laws like Chicago.
More gun laws in Chicago didn’t slow murders. Sick People, lawless people kill people.
Liberal policies Kill people.
This is not stunning. Ted Baxter has voiced this view several times over the past few years. He’s a NY moderate posing as a conservative. My guess is in 2008 he voted for Obama.
He clearly does not understand the word “regulated” as used in the second amendment.
