MSNBC's Chuck Todd grilled Hillary Clinton over the scathing inspector general's report released on Wednesday that determined she "did not comply" with State Department rules in using a personal email address to conduct government business.
The report "seemed to contradict many of the things you've said about the emails," Todd said, before asking Clinton if she accepts everything the report said as fact.
Clinton argued that the report made clear that personal email use was allowed under State Department rules, though she acknowledged she realized people have "concerns."
Snip...
The existence of at least three previously undisclosed email correspondences between Clinton and four of her former top aides at the State Department which appear to have been found among the aides' electronic files indicates that Clinton did not hand over every work-related email in her inbox to the State Department in March 2015.
Todd confronted Clinton over one of those emails, in which Clinton wrote that she didn't want a government email address because she didn't "want any risk of the personal being accessible."
"What were you concerned about? FOIA requests? Congressional requests?" Todd asked. "What were you worried about being accessible?"
Clinton responded that "nobody wants their personal emails made public," noting that "it was a mistake" to use a personal email account while at State.

It’s exactly as you say. Andrea and Chuck are lefties who would LOVE to run interference for Hillary ... BUT ... they have a career to maintain, and the IG Report is like blood in the water for sharks. For all the WRONG reasons, they are finally starting to do their jobs 25 years late.
That was a grilling? please.
She really sucks on ice. Thank God and may she continue to fall short...
This is a tough time to get past this email issue while trying to get past the Bern on the left. Not good month for her. She is in the hole and it will be a long climb back to the top.
The infected zit that is the democrat party has come to a head.
Quite right. They want this "strongly worded letter" to be the end of it.
and why did you call for a stand down order when the pilots were ready?......
I’d like to know what she did with her emails when she was senator.
That's why you don't discuss personal business on your government account and you don't discuss government business on your personal account. Either way you're going to be in trouble. I learned that when they first started setting up government account servers.
You mean you don’t get 30,000 emails about yoga classes? Me either.
What is she loses California, Montana and the Dakotas on June 7th to Sanders? I suspect the Dem powers that be are banking on a possible replacement of her by Joe Biden with Fauxcohontas as his running mate to appease the left and her fellow slumlords who made a fortune on real estate during the collapse. Unfortunately, Biden will be hard to beat - although he is stupid and says strange things, Biden is avuncular, his wife Dr. Jill comes across well and he lost a son who served in Iraq. Although Warren is a total phony, that does not appear to bother the far left.
The narration sounds like a computer talking.
Well played, sir.
Wait for the debate between her and Trump. HE will look across the dais and ask her that point blank.
Ever notice how Clinton gets immediate media access to nay say the latest negative information?
It doesn’t matter. Now some in the media are turning on her. She’s dead meat.
Using the official account to access her personal email was what she was trying to avoid. Those “personal” (i.e. criminal) plans she made with her partners in crime would have been on the government relay servers along with the logs. She did it to hide her real behavior, hence the “redacted” emails she turned over and all the others that went missing when the server “died”.
Don't forget Mika Brzezinski who apparently just got the memo that Hillary fibs quite a bit.
Rudy Giuliani said she violated 14 laws and was guilty guilty guilty.
