Last week was pretty bad for Clinton: Not only did Hillary Clinton get trounced in Oregon and barely carry Kentucky, a state she won in 2008 by 36 points, but in signs of how bitter feelings have become among Democrats: Bernie Sanders supporters went berserk at the Nevada State Convention, and the Vermont senator endorsed Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman Schultzs primary opponent in Florida; made demands for seats on the platform committee and a big role in deciding its leadership; and secured four permits for massive demonstrations in Philadelphia when Democrats assemble there July 25.
But Trumps almost could not have been better: Not only did Donald Trump prevail in Oregon with 67 percent on Tuesday, but his list of 11 potential Supreme Court picks was well-received and helped highlight one of the principal differences between the parties. He aced a largely uneventful interview with Megyn Kelly by displaying a humble and restrained demeanor; he signed a joint fundraising agreement with the Republican National Committee that will go a long way toward assuring the necessary funds for the GOPs ground game; and he named his convention manager, Paul Manafort, as his campaign chairman.

Karl Rove must have been pained to write that column!
What the heck?
So much for the #NeverTrumpers.
Since it’s Rove saying it, this doesn’t bode well for Trump.
Yup, this is bad news as Rove’s predictions are never right.
Well Rove does have the right to be wrong from time to time.
The parade has passed him by and he is sprinting to catch up to pretend he is leading it.
We have to keep Hillary in the race now... can’t have the bern actually winning.
Shut up Karl and go far, far away.
I never want to see your ugly mug again.
Time for Trump to call him a dummy again. i dont want this guy on the team. Take a hike you dope!
...which he has used up through the year 2451.
Scandalous punctuation, Mr. Rove.
SHICKA GAMONGA. ..SADDLE DIDDLE VERDI MOSHI ROVA ROVA ROVACONGONGA. . . SPIT OUT THE ROVE NOW!!!
SHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSHHH
There, Trump is safe now. . .whoosh, that was close.
So is Karl on the Trump train now? :-)
“Since its Rove saying it, this doesnt bode well for Trump.”
Indeed. But I console myself with the (perhaps unwarranted) optimistic view that even a blind pig finds an acorn every once in a while.
Yes, Hillary needs to stay in the race. The shadenfruede of watching a Category 5 hurricane Trump reduce her to rubble would be epic.
...Karl Rove: Why Trump is going to have a very good week, Hillary another bad one...
So, what’s wrong with this headline???
Actually, I think I see him tumbling along under it.
Perhaps is more like he got of the Romney-Bush-Cruz-Ryan Train before it goes over the cliff.
