Why all the Hillary haters?

In this year of political rage, one aspect that baffles me somewhat is the absolute, electrified, apoplectic, blurred-vision hatred of Hillary Clinton. Nor do I get the similar outrage expressed about President Barack Obama, who in Comment Section World makes Donald Trump look like a lovable Disney character.

Yeah. I said it (send enraged emails to my boss, Dan Morain at dmorain@sacbee.com).

Looking back on political figures, I can truly say that there are only a handful of people I could really get vein-popping angry about.

I respected Dick Cheney as a frighteningly good pro gone bad. I thought Richard Nixon a genius who played hardball, which got way out of hand. Dan Quayle? Practically Machiavelli by today’s standards, and not at all a bad person. I don’t even think he was, you know, dumb.

I don’t want Bernie as president, but I don’t hate him. I do hate what he stands for (socialism). There is not enough space on the internet to explain all my reasons for hating Hillary. BTW, she is a socialist too, as is Obama.

I don't think Bernie is evil, only nutty. He means well, but he is tragically naïve, like so many Jewish liberals. I'm Jewish. I have Communists in my family -- the "Jewish proletariat," so I know his kind. There is something endearing about him. You want to laugh -- he is so foolish.

Hillary, though, is not endearing. She seems to have an evilness about her. While the word "hate" is a little strong, I do feel an aversion. She comes across as someone seems so typical of these hyper-intellectual feminist liberals -- curt, dismissive, condescending, contentious, narcissistic.

I have a co-worker like her: she either kisses up to you (provided the relationship is profitable) or she totally devalues you. You're not worth her time, because you are either not as smart as she or you don't appreciate her brilliance. While this co-worker has excellent job skills (and I don't doubt Hillary has her good qualities), she drives everyone away.
