Washington State holds its Republican primary on Tuesday, and with one candidate left in the race, there's not too much drama about the outcome. But in a twist — and what would the 2016 race be without a twist? — 40 of Washington's 41 delegates selected Saturday to attend the Republican National Convention in July are Ted Cruz partisans. Cruz supporters outnumbered Donald Trump supporters at the state GOP convention in Pasco, and they were better organized, pushing through the Cruz slate of delegates over occasional protests from Trump backers, who noted repeatedly that Cruz is no longer in the race.

Someone will hav to go into the deep woods in Washinton state in 20 or 30 years to tell the last Cruz holdouts that the campaign is over...

Is this not typical of the Cruz victories? The votes in Washington state have not even taken place yet.
Get yourself a mirror. Some of us know from the beginning of this election, what constitutes conservatism and it sure is NOT Ted Cruz. Cruz-mites are reincarnation of Ron Paul voters.
Fine. Explain why this is a big deal and what it means for the Trump nomination at the convention.

It means that a very small contingent of voters, bought into the TedCruz ideology. AND they are blinded by a person that 'said' what they wanted to hear, without the mental capacity to discern the truth. Cruz, a Harvard Law schooled lawyer made his claim to 'fame' as following the 'original intent' of our Constitution... And Ted Cruz knows full well that he will never ever be a 'natural born' US citizen. Yet he obviously took a 'false' oath, as Senator from Texas to protect and defend our Constitution...
I am literally repulsed by those that make a mockery of what it literally means to be a 'conservative'. Personal individual responsibility. Of which I have yet to hear Ted Cruz ever take... HE is a con man and has NO likeness of Ronald Reagan. NONE... I was an adult and lived through the Reagan years, and I have a very keen instinct to what Reagan was... LOVE of America and our Constitution.
OF which Ted Cruz will never have or be, a love of America or that Constitution he took an oath to protect and defend.

TedCruz mentality. Ted Cruz supposedly in the public claimed he suspended his campaign... But on the down and dirty his campaign is still going full steam. Cruz went underground... He does NOT want any media questions about what his daddy preacher was doing back in the 60's... and Cruz does NOT want to be asked about the fight his wife had with iCarly in a pizza restroom...

I was just looking through some of the comments and caught this. Weren’t his suits the worst? You would have thought he could have taken a few thou of the campaign money and bought a few suits that fit well and made him look like he was running for POTUS.
