Hillary Clinton plans to fire back at Donald Trump for comments he made to the National Rifle Association, in which he spoke in favor of open carry laws and accused Clinton of wanting to take away the right to bear arms -- a position she has not taken.
According to an aide to the Democratic presidential frontrunner, Clinton will use her remarks tonight at the Trayvon Martin Foundation Circle of Mothers dinner in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to respond to Trump.
At the event, she is expected to call the presumptive Republican presidential nominee's position on guns "dangerous" and will specifically criticize his proposal to mandate that every school in the country allow guns in classrooms by arguing that it "would make our children less safe," an aide said.
On Friday, Trump received the endorsement of the NRA after he delivered remarks at the organization's annual convention in Lousiville, Kentucky.
Trump used the platform to reiterate his policy promise to eliminate gun-free zones, which exist at some schools and at military bases. And he took aim at Clinton, who has called for stricter background checks and for closing gun-show loopholes that make it easier for people to get firearms.
"The Second Amendment is under a threat like never before," the former reality TV star said. "Crooked Hillary Clinton is the most anti-gun ... candidate ever to run for office. And, as I said before, she wants to abolish the Second Amendment. She wants to take your guns away. She wants to abolish it."

The Democrats can be shown for the overt gun-banners that they are. After all Hillary's husband was the one who passed the federal semi-auto ban, which was patently unconstitutional by any reasonable interpretation. And Hillary's already on record as opposing DC vs. Heller, which, of course, is tantamount to opposing an individual right to bear arms.
As long as the Democrats want to ban semi-autos, attack concealed/open carry, support backdoor registration, and in general erode the RKBA, they're going to consistency lose this debate.
We've had enough of the Democrats' Media-assisted, un-American, Tyrannical propaganda: let it be shown who are the Statist Authoritarians and who believes in fundamental human Rights.

Does Hilary not know that neither she nor any other president or Supreme Court will have the power to expunge the 2nd? The second is front and center in our amendments because our founding fathers thought it was that important. I believe it would require a Constitutional convention to debate and vote the issue.
Trump doesn’t have to “plan” to say anything because he says what he believes.

Listen carefully to Hillary's policy positions from now on. I believe she will keep her policies well left of center, instead of normally moving right after the convention. If a candidate moves toward the center from their own party, they figure they have their own voters locked up and enthusiastic, and they are reaching out to get independents. If she keeps to the left, it signals that she hasn't locked up even the democrats, and her election map has shrunk down to only the reliable blue states. She will spend the election season trying to build up enthusiasm within already solid democrat groups. This is what will signal a wave election for Trump.

Fortunately they had a republican woman there to point out that word "verbatim" and to remind folks that she is for so much gun control that she would cripple the People's right to bear arms/ammo and that she had stated (when she thought she wasn't being taped) that the SCOTUS decision that the People have a fundamental right to bear arms (District of Columbia v. Heller) was wrong.
She's gonna have trouble backing out of that one - lots of Democrats like the Freedom to bear arms and defend themselves just as much as the rest of us.
